Property exceeded expectations. Everything was as advertised but the people who both call the place home and those that are winter visitors were friendly and accommodating. Shout out to Bob for going above and beyond to help us out we had had minor car trouble blew.

Excellent family condo

We enjoyed our month long stay at this clean and well equipped condo. The grounds are beautiful with a clean pool and spa in the center of the gated property. We felt safe and secure. The residents were friendly and accepting of new people and were fun to visit with. The location is close to shopping and the interstate. The condo was well equipped and comfortable. The owners made sure we had everything we needed and answered any question promptly. We would highly recommend this condo!

Kansans in the Desert

We had a wonderful week in the perfect gated community! Traveling with my teen, we really need our personal space. This 2 bedroom condo was perfect for us! It’s situated perfectly between Sun City & Goodyear within 5 minutes to the Cardinal “Dome” Stadium, and lots of shopping. One of my favorite things about this condo, besides the little patio, is the covered parking! We could see our rental at all times. Not that there were any issues… it was just reassuring to see my car was just fine. Highly recommend this condo!

Relaxing weekend

Open communication with the owners. Very clean and stocked with necessities. It's on the bottom floor and the BBQ grill is right outside the unit which made it so convenient. The only thing that was not good is that there are people that live above this unit that are very heavy walkers so you hear them all the time.

Clean property, beautiful pool

This property was clean and well appointed as advertised. The pool and grounds are beautiful. A few issues, pool fob batteries dead and the top dishwasher rack broken. Both issues we felt could have been discovered before our rental. Also, this is a main floor unit and the above neighbours were extremely loud…no fault of the rental, just fyi.

Needs paint

The home really needs a fresh coat of paint. Its clean but the walls show years of wear. Baseboards look awful through out the house. The master bathroom has mold around the tub/shower. Master bathroom also smelled musky the entire week. (We only showered in the guest bathroom). Master bedroom needs a dresser and two night stands. A headboard would be nice. We like to read in bed and the existing set up in both rooms makes that a challenge. The home feels like an old rental turned long term rental but has great potential to feel like a vacation home with a little tlc.

The place was amazing. When I booked to VRBO the property manager called and was extremely helpful as well as the staff. They answered any questions that I had. The condo was beautiful well stocked. A little oasis in the desert

We loved our stay ! The condo was clean & comfy. Stocked with all essentials too. The property manager was quick to answer any question - The pool & pool area was clean & beautiful with Lucious flowering trees & majestic palm trees too Let's not forget to mention the location from the condo to the pool ... a Perfect minute walk It is quite & peaceful community & neighbors were very friendly. It was Our lil oasis in the desert and can not wait to come back for another stay.
