This is a beautiful home with a great location. It comes with everything you could need. Just bring your clothes everything else is provided. Heated pool and hot tub were really nice. They even had fishing poles and tackle and fishing from seawall was fun. Everything in the house was in great working condition. Felt very safe in the neighborhood. Host was very easy to reach and responed immediatly. give host 5 plus stars to Kim

This is a very nice property with water, pool and spa. Well stocked and ready with simple instructions. The best part, though is the host. Kim is the best of anyone I've worked with in a VRBO deal. The best.

Golf trip review
Our trip was excellent and Kim was very quick to communicate with me on anything we needed to sort. The house was clean and very well equipped. Our only issue with the property was the TV package. We were not able to get much at all in the way of sports such as NFL football, hockey, college football, etc. We were also not able to get much in the way of regular television networks such as local CBS, NBC, Fox, CNN etc. instead it was a large variety of generic World News channels, etc. We were able use Netflix as we had an account and we could use Prime as that was already signed on to by the property manager.

The Villa and our host - Kim (plus her team) - were excellent. We really enjoyed our stay. The fruit basket and wine on our arrival were greatly appreciated. Overall a lovely venue.

Booked for a 3 day weekend to visit family nearby and have our own space. House is beautiful and clean. Comfortable furniture, beds and linens. Kitchen fully stocked. Kind of a high tech home, which we are not used to but easily figured out. Will absolutely book again next time we visit family. Hopefully longer next time as the 3 days flew by.

In some cases, I wish there were more than five stars. The house is well appointed with some of the finer things property management, and check-in was a breeze. Excellent communication throughout the process. The ability to connect to the Sonos system was awesome. Allowed my family to really enjoy the house experience. Pool lights and heat are well worth it. Beautiful House!
This was my first time booking a VRBO and it exceeded my expectations! Beautiful house, very clean and bright with the beach decorations. Amazing Long Weekend!
We had an amazing long weekend staying here. There was a beautiful fruit bowl when we arrived, so nice. The house is very clean and spacious and has every amenity you could imagine. The pool was beautiful and I couldn’t get my husband out of the spa! We definitely recommend this house and we will be staying here again in the future.

The property was exactly what was shown online. The host was very communicative especially since Idalia hit the day before our visit. The pool package was definitely worth it. Our families loved the wide variety of games and puzzles and the kitchen had everything we needed since we cooked all our meals during our trip.

Amazing Property, Book while it’s available don’t hestitate
Our family vacation was amazing and the property exceeded all expectations. Upon arrival the owner had a bottle of wine on the table, some water in the fridge and was very accommodating. We drove straight through from Wisconsin and ended up arriving earlier than we expected so we ran to Walmart and then was notified that we could arrive earlier than the original check in time. The pool and hot tub were amazing and super clean. Make sure you get the spa package for the heater and the lights ( definitely worth it ). The house was spotless inside and out. The grill ( Its a Traeger ), worked amazing and was definitely nice to have. Do not hesitate to book this property as it will exceed expectations on all aspects. It is super spacious.

Amazing Property and better Hostess!!!
The whole property is a dream come true. The location is amazing, close to every point of interest specially the beaches. There is a giant mall close to it as well (Port Charlotte Town Center) where is the best Dillard’s I’ve ever being. But when you start to dealing with the star of the movie “Kim”, everything will be better, she was extremely kind and professional all the time, Definitely we will come back to that house, not just because it is a beautiful house, also cause’ the personal treatment of the hostess. Kim welcomed us 1 day before and always was on top of things, she even asked for our favorite drink to have it later when we arrived on our first day. We forgot some personal stuff in the house that she sent to us immediately after we find out. Extremely happy with the experience.

This home was great! We loved the location and the home itself. Kim, the property manager, was very responsive before, during and even after our stay. We left a couple of personal items in the home and Kim contacted us after we left and offered to mail them back to us free of charge.

Beautiful home on the water
My family and I stayed in this home for a week in June. It is a beautiful home and very clean. The description is accurate. We loved the Sonos app that allowed us to hook up our phones to the surround sound speakers around the home and especially outside by the pool. It is well-appointed and there was nothing we needed that wasn’t already there.

Birthday outing
We rented this house for my aunts 85th birthday. Everything was incredible upon arrival. The house is amazing, the beds are extremely comfortable, the pool was fantastic and the accommodations were all first class. Even more impressive is the property manager, Kim. She was so attentive and responsive and did a great job to make us feel extremely welcome. I’ve stayed in a lot of VRBOs in Florida and this is one of the best!
