The hotel decided they didn't need to refund my money even though they canceled my reservation at the hotel itself and when they stay there without an explanation of whatsoever I'm believed that maybe because the hurricane I'm not sure but a refund would be nice they sold 92 dollars of mine
Bed was comfortable. Shower water temp kept fluctuating. It was a quiet clean room with a kind staff running the front desk.

Nice view. Only issue was air conditioner needed severe cleaning.I bought brought my own stuff to disinfect. Bed was really rattly. EVERY MOVE WAS a BOAT wave rattle. ROCK. I Was greateful to have a place. It was last one becauseof hurricane. ON FKOOR.
Prepaid for a two nights stay. Endured the first night but checked out the next morning due to filthy conditions. Killed two roaches, wiped up a brown substance on the floor by the bed. Brought all of this to the attention of the manager (with picture of the insects) but they refused to refund my second night even though I checked out at 8am after the first night. The attendant at the front desk even identified the bug..said “that looks like a palmetto”. Clearly these bugs are regulars at this Motel 6. Pre-paying for a hotel room should not mean that you have to stay in a sub-standard room. With bugs and brown goo on the floor. I was offered another room, but that at was not a viable solution given bugs do not limit the rooms they stay overnight in.
