I loved the whirl pool.

I loved the staff and how they care to help me when I needed it. My fireplace wasn’t working after it was a hour ago after swimming and there was no maintenance on but she called maintenance and they came within 30 minutes to help and fixed it. I love this hotel it’s my number one favorite. Great balcony great everything. : )

We had an excellent check-in experience. also enjoyed the shuttle ride to the nearby arena.

Love the lodge, everyone is so friendly and kind. We love sitting and watching the lake, coffee and tea is always available.. rooms are spacious and clean. Honestly though not a fan of the food at breakfast- or the price of the room. it’s expensive and we love to come and stay but not in our budget to do more than once a year.

I liked everything about this property. Staff was very friendly and ready to help all the time. Our flight got delayed and we arrived at the hotel at 1 AM. Louana had made sure to take care of everything based on our request. She is one of best front desk personnel I came across till date. She also made sure that our luggage is being taken care off till we come back on the last day of our stay. I would definitely like to stay here in the future.
