This has been a regular stop when I pick up or drop my child off at college, however; the last few visits I have noticed that I have had to notify them that I am being double charged. I will pay for my room through a 3rd party such as Expedia and when I get to the hotel, they charge me for the same room again. Even when I have shown them that the room is paid for, they do not reverse my charge for several days later. Even though I enjoy the room and the closeness to the casino, I do not think I will be returning.

Good spot for Packers game.
We were staying here just one night to go to a Packers game - room was fine - nothing special. Restaurant food was good although the service was slow. Easy access to get to Lambeau in about 10 minutes. No reason not to stay here. Casino attached to the hotel which was a bomus.

The interior of the hotel was very nice and clean. The rooms were large and newly remodeled. It didn’t feel like there was much to do around the hotel.

Service can be improved. Prior to my trip I read reviews of questionable service and unfortunately this was confirmed when checking in. Close to 10min trying to find my reservation and check in. There is a $50 deposit charged at checkin that was not mentioned before arriving. No complimentary water as advertised but rather $5 Evian waters tempted in the room—I thought this was funny. Room temperature is controlled by hotel. Could not go lower than 67 degrees. For the price, a complimentary breakfast would be fitting but not offered. I did like that the pool has extend pool hours but that’s about it. Would not go out of my way to come back here again.
