If you can afford Hard Rock- Go there!
I don’t even know where to start so let me just give you a list:
Check-in was horrible. If you can afford a premium suite, please do so because it includes private breakfast at lunch at a separate restaurant where you don’t need to stand in line. We got lucky as this is what we booked, but we didn’t know we had this included Until the night of . If you have a premium suite you get to check in on the third floor. I found out after five hours of waiting for a room. The people that check you in on the first floor are clueless to life. They could have sent me to the private check-in on the third floor, but they didn’t. It’s almost impossible to hold a conversation with these people and, I am fluent in Spanish .
My other family did not get the premium suite and was almost left without a room at night. They told them to come back later so we went to enjoy the amenities and when we came back, they didn’t even want to give them the room and came up with different excuses so be aware. The lobby is always full with people complaining about not getting their rooms.
If you don’t get the premium suites, then there’s always a huge line at the buffet in order to be able to get in to eat, which is very frustrated with this horrible heat and humidity
Even though we have the premium suite, the bathrooms are disgusting. The faucet and everything are falling off. everything needs to be upgraded. The bathrooms look old and need cleaning. Sheets are nasty. Have more to say but no space here.
