The guy who worked the counter was the least professional hotel staff member I’ve come across so far. He didn’t want to do his job, and it was quite evident! I booked and payed for the night beforehand, but wasn’t able to get to the hotel until early in the morning. The guy cancelled my reservation without calling me, but I still payed the price for the night, wasting over $110 . He refused to undo what he did, and played it off as though it was cool. I’d say what his name is, but didn’t see a name tag on him.
