supposedly they give us a non-smoke rooms, but it was terrible a lot of cigarettes smoke in the bathroom, it comes from bathroom vent.

The people in front of the building had very bad service and they charge you for parking and there is no space. I don't recommend it at all. My room was disgusting and I reported it and they treated me badly.

To start the staff was not helping much they have only 1 person for the front desk when they had a lot of travelers coming in at same time and it took a long time to check in also elevator doesn’t work and there is a 7 or more floor story car garage is very small too difficult to park the car if you bring one , smells so bad all it has more inconvenience but this hotel definitely need more improvements.

There is a very bad elevator problem. Staff says 2 have been down for over 2 months. Leaves ONE elevator for entire hotel and workers….. very disappointing

Loved it!
Our stay was actually amazing. This hotel is in the perfect area to explore San Francisco. Super close to fisherman’s warf, lots of local pubs and food, close views of the golden gate and Alcatraz. As for the ELEVATORS, the people reviewing this place complaining there’s only one elevator are very entitled and whiny. Yes there’s was only one elevator working at a time, no it wasn’t an issue. We stayed here for 6 days and didn’t have one issue getting an elevator up or down and we were on the 10th floor. People just need to find a way to complain to deal with their superiority complex. 10/10 would stay here again

The room itself was good only thing is not enough lighting. The sink the water would go into the countertop instead of inside the sink when water was turned on. The elevator issue was a disaster only one working elevator. Took so long to be able to go down or go up. And lastly hidden fees! The customer service however was really good. But the breakfast options which they’d switch it up.

Great for an overnight stay bfor our destination to Hawaii. Elevators were down so we had to use stairs to bring luggage to the 7th floor. Not fun. Breakfast was ok….eggs were terrible!!

So the biggest thing was there were only 2 elevators, once was not working and another was only working if you were on level 1, you cannot call the elevator from your floor, need to go down to level 1 by stairs. Breakfast was good, hotel staff was friendly . No fridge microwave given. Rest everything was fine.
