Elevators are a far walk. But otherwise it was great! The valet guys were absolutely the best! Helped us with directions. I give them 5 stars!

The staff is amazing!! Very helpful and kind. The Hotel needs updated. The interior is so outdated and not very welcoming. No microwave in the rooms or anywhere to set your suitcase. You have to pay 55.00 each night to park in their garage. Be prepared with cash to tip the nice valet guys. The pool is clean. You have to pay extra to eat breakfast Buffett. I guess for a Hyatt, I thought it would be more modern. It was a nice stay overall. Enjoy.
