Great size room, city view, very clean and good gym and hot tub. Nice bar on site too. Only let down was the additional facilities tax which you don’t get the benefit of. Hotel promotes 25% off bus tours however they’re the same price as buying direct. So you’re paying circa $40 dollars a day for water and a one off $10 in shop.

The service was hit or miss When we checked in, our room was not ready we were told we would be notified once our room was ready I didn't hear from anyone by 5 o'clock, so I called them told me my room was ready Room was not a view of the looking out into the ocean We asked for water bottles we were told only one program per day after we were told somebody would bring three bottles up. They never show. The shower only had trickles of water coming out and could barely take a shower Housekeeping was running the vacuum at 7:30 in the morning to clean rooms

The front desk staff was nice but was no help with info about the area. Restaurants, tourist spots etc. Valet staff on the other hand was Extremely friendly and helpful with recommendations in the area. We came in from Michigan so they were very helpful.

Everything was ok except the main lamp in room didnt work Only valet parking which is expensive like if im staying in your hotel i should be allowed to park in the secure parking lot not have to pay extra to park

Frustrating for the money

Shower pressure was poor and the drains smelt while showering. The sound proofing was very bad. Next doors phone alarm went off at 6am and woke both of us up. Not sure if this was made worse as we were given and interconnecting room.
