This property was close to Fisherman’s Wharf and this allowed us to enjoy this area. We also enjoyed walking to Ghirardelli Square. We were very pleased with our stay.

Just an ok property. Staff was not very helpful. When we checked in they didn’t know we were supposed to have our resort fee waved and I had to bring this up at check out. No one told us about any amenities upon check in so we had to figure it out ourselves and we ended up missing out on some things. We also found out the second day that they had free coffee in the mornings before 8:30 but we missed it because no one told us. The room had a terrible smell to it when we checked in and seemed like it needed to be aired out. The bed’s were comfortable and it was in walking distance to the Wharf.

I was really excited that I was staying at this hotel. The reviews were raving. Upon our checking in we decided to come in after the four o'clock time, only to find out that our room wasn't ready. Concier, waived the VIP parking for the night. And give us a $10 credit and told us said he would call us when the room was ready. So we left everything and we continue touring san francisco, but we were tired as we had already been to the zoo since opening hours with the family. We decided to head back to the hotel as it was getting a little bit later in the evening and getting dark as well. And the crowds were being a little bit rougher, and a lot of random homeless were coming out We get to the hotel and I decide to check-in and voila, no call, but the room's ready. So we finally get checked in. We head up to the elevator and we get lost because there was no map or instructions of how to get to our room. We finally find it. My wife does her inspection of the room and things that she's looking for and there's no extra pillows, There was no bed sheets, basically, it was just the bottom mattress cover and the comforter and the room was rather not clean. I would say pretty much every mirror or glass area was dirty. Upon further inspection of just running your finger to certain areas, you'd find dust. We decided it go down and use the poor only. We only had about of 15 minutes to use it as closd at 9pm. We wanted to jump in the spa but there was too was to many groups.

Started off horrible, arrived at 4pm for check in and room was not ready they had me sit in lobby until 6pm when they finally had a room ready. Continued to try to make the best of the weekend, house keeping was great so was valet. But due to friday it made me late to a wedding event and killed the weekend for me

Great Location

Amazing breakfast. Great location near Fisherman’s wharf. Also take the 28 bus outside for all of your tourism (Golden Gate Bridge, Golden Gate Park and Landsend).
