We had a great week staying here. The size of the resort is perfect and very manageable to get around. The pool area was very chill and not very busy. Contrary to some other reviews on here we loved the food. The buffet had lots of different options and each night was a different theme. Everything we ate was delicious no complaints. The pool restaurant was open throughout the day with a small snack menu including burgers, fries, and a handful of other good options. At night it turned into Luna restaurant that you made reservations at. We had a great experience there as well. All of the staff we came across was very friendly, and the entertainment at night was good. Walkable to some shops around and only a 10 minute cab ride to downtown San Jose with lots of cool shops and Thursday night Art market. We would definitely stay here again. Very clean and again all of the food was so good very fresh and delicious. The only suggestions we have was a second bartender at the pool as sometimes it got backed up. Also some service around the pool would have been helpful but that's just a small detail. Great place onhey beautiful stretch of beach in San jose, we would definitely come here again!

Krystal Grand is an above and beyond experience, whether you've travelled to Cabo before or not, you will be amazed at everything this slice of paradise has to offer Firstly, this resort is top tier in everyway. The atmosphere, the scenery, the food and drink, it sweeps every category you could throw at it. You will not be disappointed Second, the staff are the most joyful and helpful group of people you will ever meet. They truly make you stay feel stress free for the entire time. Whether you're dining at the restaurants, relaxing by the pool, or are in need of any assistance, they will make every part of your stay feel perfect.

Foods and services were amazing and live music and karaoke every night was excellent 👌

Construction went on for most of the trip but it did not really bother my wife and me. Other than that, the whole resort was just excellent. Would definetly go back!
