Clean hotel, comfortable beds, and well stocked breakfast options. This is now my go to stay when visiting family in Morgan Hill.

I was happy with the stay other than the strict parking. It’s a shame that la hacienda just lets this tow company pray on people. My friend stopped by briefly and got his car towed which is ridiculous because there is so many free parking spots. I can understand if a car was parked there for more than 24 hours but his car was there for just a couple hours if that. People coming to this hotel are coming here because it’s affordable; they can’t afford to pay the tow yard fees which was almost $500 plus it goes up every hour it’s in the tow yard. Crooks

Just an overall good place to stay. Clean and affordable. I stay in Santa Cruz all the time, but I will be staying here again..soon.

We only stayed one night, but we loved it. Clean, quiet, walked to the beach and coffee shop. Above all the staff was super friendly and helpful. We plan to return.

I’ve been coming here since 2020! I just love the hotel! Everyone is so sweet and welcoming! Easy check in as well! Downside is you can’t access to more than Netflix and YouTube on the tv so that sucks. I’d recommend bringing a laptop for entertainment. The pool and jacuzzi is really nice! The menu at the restaurant changes every month so be aware of that! I loved their strawberry dulce de lece cake they served on VDay! So good! Must be a permanent dessert please!!

This place was way better than what I expected. The room was so nice and immaculately clean! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. It was all about the little perks here. I will definitely be back for more.
