Pictures are very deceiving. Do not let the good reviews fool you. The entire hotel smelled horrendous. We attempted to go for a swim but both the pool, and jacuzzi were extremely dirty. Not to mention the jacuzzi temperature was freezing cold. There was a few people in the pool drinking and being loud and obnoxious, I brought it up to reception but all he said that he was the only one on site and couldn’t do anything about it. The entire stay was a joke. Our room 172 had wood blocks holding the beds down. Floors were dirty and the AC barely worked. Save your money and go elsewhere trust me.

Will not stay again.
Check in took forever with a line of people to check in. The deposit was $200 not $100 as stated online reservation. It place was noisy. The toilet hardly flushed. The pipes between the walls were loud when the neighbors would shower.

Hot tub was green Broken windows taped and carboarded Moldon walls in the poorly Ventilated bathroom Refrigerator smelt like vomit Requested fresh towels, apparently only one person working. This property was conveniently located to Kaiser Hospital. A 7 minute, easy drive. This was the purpose for our stay. That being said, I don’t think I’d stay there again. There’s no longer a restaurant, therefore, no room service. The first two rooms we tried the AC did not work. The third room had a working AC, but it smelled moldy. My husband couldn’t smell it so we stayed. I kept the bathroom fan running 24/7 for a 2 night stay. It’s a large facility, probably very nice 30 years ago. Now it’s tired and in need of TLC. Staff was friendly.

Decent size room but dated and staff is not good
Overall I would recommend staying elsewhere. Staff just don’t seem to care all that much or does everything as minimally as possible. Housekeeping only came by once in our 5 night stay. Rooms are decent sized, at least the deluxe suite was, and beds fairly comfortable but everything is dated. Whole property needs updating. Pool was very dirty and hot tub was broken. Might work for a night or 2 but it’s tough to stay longer.

The front desk agent who checked us in was very informative and nice. Great customer service for him. Room was clean, however security latch was broken. The spa was also broken so we heard loud bubbling sounds all night from the hot tub, but wasn’t a big deal since we were tired. The extra sheets weren’t in the room, but when informed the agent, he provided the sheets and blanket for the pull out sofa bed. Overall, we would stay here again.
