Beachwood 3A is a ground floor 1-bedroom condo. Building 3 is at the front of the complex so you're even closer to the beach access for ultimate convenience.

The living area is cozy with an electric fireplace and features a stackable washer/dryer. Head out on the patio for beautiful views of Beachwood's lush green landscape. There's nothing like the feeling of fresh air and sunshine on your skin when you're relaxing vacation.

The bedroom includes a king bed and TV. Plus there is queen sleeper sofa and built-in bunks (perfect for the kids!).

With the beach only steps away, you can enjoy unlimited fun in the sun! The convenient 30A location allows you to explore the charming beach communities of Seagrove Beach, Seaside, Grayton Beach, Alys Beach, and Rosemary Beach. Take a stroll, browse the local shops, and stop by one of the many wonderful restaurants to satisfy your palate.

Beach Access:
From the front of the complex you’re just 200 yards to the Beachwood Villas beach access across the street from Tom Thumb (the corner of 30A and Somerset Bridge Rd.). Just a 2-minute walk and you’ll have your toes in the sand.

Come enjoy this family-friendly affordable complex on the north side of 30A ... it's within easy walking distance to our famous emerald waters. The perfect location for a 30A rental. There is no shortage of amenities with 2 pools (1 is heated seasonally; call for dates), shuffleboard, tennis, and community charcoal grills. After a day of relaxing on the beach, stroll along the many paths leading to the peaceful courtyards and lush landscaping. Take advantage of the local shops and restaurants many of which are within walking or biking distance. The 20-mile Timpoochee bike trail runs right outside the complex.

Book Beachwood Villas 3A and enjoy exclusive Xplorie perks! one ticket per day, per activity! (over $700 in nightly value) Experience axe throwing, ziplining, and sunset dolphin cruises. Play golf at Emerald Bay and Regatta Bay, enjoy Black Light Mini Golf, and have a blast at Urban Air Adventure Park. Your vacation will be more than just a stay—it’ll be an adventure!

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, which features a fireplace and a Smart TV. There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Perfect spot for family of four
We had a great time with our kids (ages 2 and 6). Super easy walk from the condos to the beach and quick drives to Seaside and surrounding communities. Sad that it rained during our trip, but didn’t ruin our vacation. Would definitely stay again!

Clean and welcoming
Place is what was described. Clean, functional, all amenities, stocked kitchen, plenty of towels. Washer and dryer were a definite plus. Fenced in porch was great. Bed was comfy. Close to the pool and grill area. Internet was easy to sign in to. Controls for TV and DVD were easy to navigate as well. Only suggestion is to get a couple more forks and spoons, always ran out. Otherwise, a top notch rental!

Very disappointed
We could not be more disappointed with our stay at Beachwood Villas. The furniture was filthy and stained, enough so we had to put a covering on them before sitting down. The kitchen and bathroom floors were full of hair. The shower drain did not drain properly due to the amount of hair in the drain. The rim around the washer was also very dirty. We tried to spend as little time as possible in the condo. We have stayed in the complex years ago and it wasn't so bad, however the management has been quite neglectful. We will never return.
