Bella Vista, an authentic Seaside cottage, holds the unique distinction of being the first building established in the Seaside area, originally constructed in 1981 on Tupelo Street. Originally serving as the sales office for Seaside, it has since been lovingly converted into a cherished home. The quaint beach décor, coupled with its expansive screen porch, makes it a timeless favorite for families seeking an authentic Seaside experience. Positioned just as the second house on Tupelo, it's mere steps away from the beach pavilion.

The cottage sleeps up to 6 with 2 queen bedrooms (each with a full bathroom), living room, dining room, snack bar, and kitchen all on one level. Spend your day at the beach or enjoy Seaside's private pool and tennis facilities.

Your stay at Bella Vista comes with Xplorie’s best activities! one ticket per day, per activity! (over $800 in nightly value) Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise. A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Ive been coming to Seaside for years but this trip i wanted to stay in Seaside instead of just driving there. Found a great place through VRBO and the rest was a breeze. Will definitely be booking this rental for another trip.

REALLY ENJOYED OUR TIME THERE THE BEACH WAS VERY CLOSE AND LOVED IT BEING FOR RESERVED QUEST IT WAS VERY PRIVATE LIKE VERY NICE FOR 4 AND 8 YEAR OLD GRANDCHILDREN ALSO PLAYGROUND WAS CLOSE DO WISH THE PLAYGROUND WAS A LITTLE BIGGER BUT THE HOUSE WAS AWSOME AND THE WEATHER WAS JUST OK BUT IT WAS PERFECT FOR BASEBALL GAMES ETC ON THE BEACH NOT TOO HOT. VERY ENJOYABLE TIME

Great Location

The location of this property is ideal. It is two houses in from 30a, so very easy to walk to the beach and go back and forth as needed. Also, an easy walk to the shops/restaurants in Seaside. The outdoor porch is a great place to hang out and the size of the house was ideal for our family of four. The only hesitation about this property is the noise. I do NOT recommend renting this property the week of spring break. There were college kids next door partying late into the night. I would imagine, spring break would be the only time this is a problem as most other weeks there would be an adult next door. Also, the house across the street was being repaired so workers began hammering at 7am in the morning. Overall, it was a great place to stay.
