Located in the center of Seagrove, the Emerald Hill complex is in the perfect place for easy access to shops, restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores and of course, the beach. On the south side of CR Hwy 30A, directly across from Seagrove Plaza, in the heart of beautiful Seagrove Beach, this 36 unit complex offers affordability and comfort. The property is centrally positioned and close to everything. A Publix grocery store is approximately 2 miles away, and a Tom Thumb gas station is within walking distance. This family friendly complex is very close to some of the area’s most popular State Parks, as well.

This Gulf front community offers a huge sunny pool. The private gated beach entrance is right on the property, which allows for swift access to the white sandy beach.

Emerald Hill 1, a gulf front corner unit is ideal for couples or small families. The intimate setting of this unit is a perfect place to celebrate special occasions. It has unique European styling and decorations throughout and a beautifully decorated Travertine bathroom. The bedroom features a comfy king size bed for rest and rejuvenation. An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private patio. A Smart television and a DVD player are provided for your entertainment, while complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected. Location is great. Management responded promptly to our multiple concerns. Would recommend someplace for renters to store non perishable food items and about a third of the patio has things either left or stored there so non-usable space. We did have to sweep the porch before we could sit out there.

Love this place!
I have stayed at Emerald Hill 1 several times, and I love it. It’s comfortable, in a great location, and spacious for a one-bedroom condo. The only suggestion I have is to put some grab bars in the bathroom to make getting in and out of the tub a great deal safer.

Great location but property needs work
This property is in a prime location on the first floor with easy access to the beach. The property is in need of lots of maintenance. There was mold in the bathroom, the windows had lost there seal so they were clouded, the furniture was very uncomfortable and the kitchen was so small that you could only open the refrigerator partially. I would not stay in this property again.

Not much bang for your buck
While this place is in a beautiful location there is so much not right with this condo We were met with a very moldy old smell did not seem clean at all I put a sheet over the couch as I was afraid to sit on it the rug was dirty as well also dirty dishes that had been put up this place needs a serious upgrade so many extension cords and I had to move things around to get the coffee maker hooked up Most times we can see past certain things and take it in stride and never post bad reviews but this I could not for the amount of money we paid while the view was nice the patio was also filthy we had to clean it off before we could sit on it Also the shower head never worked right and the shower curtains were dirty as well

Life's a Beach
Loved being able to sit with our morning coffee on the patio and small backyard on the beach. Same thing at night with the stars. Of course, margaritas worked better in the evening.
