Wonderful property walking distance to beach
We really loved this house and secluded neighborhood. We were minutes from the beach and the rental came with everything we needed, including a beach cart, bicycles, a pool float and a boogie board. The house is beautifully furnished and the kitchen had all of the necessities. We look forward to renting it again!

This property was perfect. Clean, cute inside, and close to everything. Super easy walk to the beach and just a couple doors down from the pool. Easy bike ride or short drive to other areas. Would definitely return to Dolphin Dance!

Beautiful Home, Great Location!
We had another successful family vacation on 30A! The home was completely remodeled, super clean, and well stocked with the essentials. The neighborhood was peaceful and beautifully maintained. The provided beach wagon made it easy to haul our chairs and other supplies to the beach. We enjoyed relaxing on the porch with our morning coffee. It's an easy walk to the beach access from this home. The only suggestion I have would be to add an ironing board. Also, the washer/dryer unit is tiny and located in an odd place in the house - not ideal for washing up beach towels. Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home, and for the lovely gift basket that was waiting for us when we arrived!

Perfect for family of 5!!
Outstanding home. It was so comfortable and up to date. Perfectly clean and neat. We are probably too picky about rental homes being clean but this was great. I timed the walk to the beach access, easy 5 minutes. Only thing less than perfect is a tiny bit far to bike to Seaside, but only if you're cleaned up for supper. And even then it's only 5 minutes on bike. Stay here and love your vacation!!

Nicely appointed house.
Very comfortable home. On our rainy days we enjoyed card games on the porch. Easy walk to the beach. Short bike ride to Seaside proper for lunch and shopping.
