*** Our balconies are requiring repair to meet safety standards. The repairs are anticipated to continue until February 2025, and all balconies will be closed to access until completed. There is planned updating of the elevator in January 2025, so the elevator will be unavailable for 2-3 weeks during that time. This may be an inconvenience if you are renting our 415 unit, since you will have to use the stairs exclusively. Our 104 unit will not be affected. ***

This two bedroom two bathroom rental is just across the street from the beach with a beautiful Gulf view. Enjoy the sunset from the top of the palms on our oversized balcony on this top floor west corner condo. Recently renovated, this condo will make you feel right at home on your vacation to the most beautiful beaches in the world! We are located at the quaint and picturesque Town Center of Gulf Place in Santa Rosa Beach on Scenic 30-A. The area has low traffic and congestion and is just across the street from our beautiful world renown white sand beach and the blue-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Relax in one of the 3 community pools or hot tubs surrounded by lush lawn and palm trees. Inside you will find accommodations for six guests with king beds in both the master and the second bedroom, plus bunk beds recessed in the hallway (great for kids). Free wireless internet makes catching up on email, if you must, a breeze.

Want some beach time? Take the easy stroll across the walkway by the pool till your toes dig into the sugar white sand through one of three deeded beach accesses. Check out Yolo Board & Bike or various other vendors for all your recreational needs right in Gulf Place Town Center. Beach chair and umbrella service are easily arranged with several local vendors. Bring your own beach towels.

Need a break from the beach? Check out the unique art and crafts at the Artists at Gulf Place. Our Town Center also has the full service Santa Rosa Pharmacy, and there are numerous amenities, restaurants, and gift shops right here. We even have a full service spa, hair salon, pilates studio, and wedding planners on site. If cooking is your thing there are several groceries and fresh seafood markets nearby. Goatfeathers Seafood Market for fresh seafood or dining in is a half mile away . . . just ride your bike or take a walk.

In the middle of the town center is an outdoor amphitheater. Kids can play Frisbee or romp in the grass. Enjoy a concert in the park on Sunday nights in the summer, or Third Thursday Wine Walkabout every . . . you guessed it . . . third Thursday of the month. Also on Sunday, enjoy a church service directly on the beach at Ed Walline Park just across the street. If you're wanting some recreation, other activities onsite are shuffleboard, croquet, two tennis courts, walking trails, and biking. No better place to kick back and relax, while enjoying the charisma and charm of Scenic 30A!! Ride a bike or take a walk or run on the 17 mile paved Timpoochee Trail right out front to visit nearby colorful and beachy Seaside and Watercolor! The stores and restaurants of Destin are a short 10 minute drive from our location on the west end of 30-A, but you’ll look forward to escaping back to our less crowded and quieter part of beach life.

Gulf Place is a beautiful and desired vacation destination - maintained with elegant landscaping and tropical feel. Here you have the beach and more - all within walking distance. You can't find a better place to relax and recharge. If you come visit once, you’ll be back!

Everything was nice but floor was filthy. We constantly had to clean our feet. Smoke alarm was annoying; husband took out battery and it still beeped. Overall, condo was beautiful and host was very accommodating and informative.

Gulf Place Caribbean 415
Gulf Place Caribbean 415 was great. The view was exactly as stated in the ad. We loved the large patio and overall décor. The beds were VERY comfortable. PLENTY of room for our family of 4. Bedding was great, lots of extra pillows, sheets and blankets available for us to use. I love the little gate close to door entry going to the patio. This allowed us to put our things from the beach directly outside without tracking any sand through the condo. Parking was never a problem and the SHORT walk to beach access was perfect. The pool and area around the pool was very clean. Everything was close. No need to travel far for things like food, ice cream, shopping, etc. Customer service and response time was On Point (this is a big deal to me)! Negative - 1. We were not aware of construction on the building. The LOUD banging just outside the bedroom window started at 8am. Loud enough to crank up the TV. Luckily it did not happen every day. This did not bother me but could be a showstopper for others. This should have been disclosed. 2. The floor walking into the kitchen was uneven almost as if it were sinking. It was very noticeable but I got use to it after the first day. Only 1 patio door was usable and hard to close (I assume from the building shifting). I am hoping the construction would fix that. There were structure support beams throughout the entire property. Overall This place is Awesome. Perfect size and location. We would definitely recommend and will be back for sure.

We loved our stay in the condo! The view is fantastic, being on the fourth floor. We looked forward to seeing the water every morning. Since we were on the fourth floor, the sunsets were spectacular! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony every day, and enjoyed the breezes. This is a corner unit, so it is private. The two king beds were a plus. There are bunks in the hallway, if children are in your party. The beach is walkable, across the street, through a private beach access for Gulf Place. We will visit again! Missing our beach trip, already.

The condo was very spacious, clean, and the beds were comfortable. We had a sink that was stopped up when we arrived and the property manager promptly responded to our request for repair. It was fixed within a couple of hours at no inconvenience to us. We will definitely stay in this unit again.

Love the location
The condo was perfect. We loved that it was an end unit so it was very quiet. The view was great and we were able to walk to restaurants and shops. The weather was terrible, rained almost all week and the ocean was closed with double red flag every day except half of our last day. We really appreciated the great pools and hot tub since the ocean was not an option. The nice condo and location almost made up for the disappointing weather that the condo had no control over. We would definitely stay here again.

Many thanks to the Beachy’s for an amazing month in Santa Rosa. The accommodations were perfect, everything we needed was right at our fingertips! Coffee in the morning with a perfect view of the ocean, some evenings the ocean really did look like watercolors from the balcony. The panhandle beaches are beautiful.

Great family beach trip!
This was our first family vacation in a couple years due to COVID and this condo and the area did not disappoint! Incredible view of the ocean and very close proximity to great restaurants, ice cream shops, stores, activities, etc. Anything we couldn’t walk to we could bike to! Thanks for a great (and long overdue) family beach trip!
