4 BR/3BA Poolhouse is 4 miles from the famous Siesta Key Beach

This home has a fresh spa-like feel with modern touches. The U-shaped house wraps around a large patio with free-form pool. 40 feet of glass doors open onto the 1400 square ft lanai for 100% indoor/outdoor living.The lanai looks into a tropical garden and behind that is an 8 foot fence for total privacy. Two of the bedrooms overlook the pool. The terrazzo granite floors throughout-out the home have been restored and the house is completely updated with new furniture, window treatments, linens. All beds are encased in 'Allergy Armour' mattress bags.
This is a true pool house. There is no fence between the house and the pool. All the doors, including the living room and kitchen, open directly onto the pool area. If this is a safety concern for you, you may not want to choose this house. The sliders lock and the doors have burglebars on them. Instructions for the burglebars are on a bulletin board behind the front door.

The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and a 15 minute walk gets you to Starbucks, a grocery store, Crunch gym and other shopping.

We are four miles from Siesta Key beach which is rated one of the top 10 beaches in the country. It is an easy drive and there is plenty of parking at the beach. There are beach chairs and beach towels at the house.

Everything about this property was accurate to the information we received. The property was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Our family enjoys cooking/eating in and not always going out, so for us, the kitchen was ideal. My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property… Despite hurricane Elsa charging through. There were no setbacks from the storm - And we were able to enjoy a marvelously sunny week in the area, with the exception of the one stormy night. The house is spacious and decorated lovely. Linda , the homeowner is extremely reachable …she responds quickly if there are any questions. The kitchen has everything you need, there are plenty of sheets, towels, beach necessities, basic toiletries, and even pool floats. The pool area and patio/lanai is perfect! We were able to cook numerous meals and enjoy outdoor dining poolside! The neighborhood is safe and residential; the design of the house and outdoor space make you feel secluded and private in a very tropical setting. The immediate area beaches are magnificent! We also took advantage of a day trip to Gasparilla Island for shelling/swimming. There are numerous restaurants nearby and the grocery store is a few blocks away. We were even able to partake in a great Fourth of July fireworks display down at the Sarasota waterfront. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return when visiting the area in the future.

Awesome place about 4 miles from siesta key
Pool is huge and was great for my 4-6 year old boys. House is wide open and my family’ only used half of the house it’s bigger then it seems. Owners got back to me and kept me updated on things throughout the stay. Linda was real easy to communicate with and we had an absolute blast using the house for a week.
