Live roaches found roaming inside fridge
We encountered several live roaches in the fridge in our earlier lunch meal taken to be eaten for diner that same day. We asked to be moved to another room since it was very late for us to venture and look for another hotel in a city we don’t know. We didn’t sleep much with lights on all night and encountering one small roach on our night table between the beds. I’m not sure if we brought it over from the other room or maybe we were encroaching in their space since the new room was right next door. Never ever will I stay at that hotel although Hotels had a 8.6 rating on their website. This leads me to believe and have many questions if Hotels.com truly vet the facilities they host. I will be requesting for a full refund or partial as I didn’t have any shut eyes of fear to have something crawling on my daughter or me for that matter.

This property has been nicely renovated, rooms are spacious and the beds are quite comfortable. A great value for the price and staff was friendly as well. I would happily stay here again!

Nice and reasonable
Place is fine for a nights stay. Everything was clean and comfortable, wish the bed had soft and firm pillows instead of all firm.
