The family room has inviting conversational seating, perfect for watching a show after a day at the beach. In the kitchen, you will find stainless steel appliances, cooking essentials, and granite countertops with seating. Dine at the kitchen table or head outside for a lovely BBQ on the shared grill.

Rest and refresh in the primary bedroom, with a colorful seaside decor, a king bed, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a double over double bunk bed, and the hallway bathroom has a shower and bathtub combination.

Want to stay with us longer than 2 weeks? Great! We just ask that you coordinate a day and time with us so we can have an additional clean done during your stay. There is an additional cleaning fee required for this and we would be happy to provide you with a quote. If you want to have your linens and towels replaced during this clean, we can do that too, just let us know. We are passionate about maintaining our homes and keeping them clean so we appreciate your cooperation on this. We will require an additional clean for every 2 weeks that you are in our home.

This home is also part of our Property Manager Program, so one of our dedicated Property Managers will assist you during the entire reservation and vacation process. We are here to help you vacation the right way and ensure you have everything you need, including any recommendations or advice to help improve your vacation! Great Place to Stay
Very clean unit. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. Within walking distance of the beach, as well as several restaurants and shops. We will definitely be open to staying here again on our next trip to Siesta Key.

Great Location, but property needs some work
Just had an overall great week in Siesta Key. We close this place because of the great location. Close to Siesta Village and many beach accesses. However, when checking in, we were definitely surprised by the state of the property. Our floors were absolutely filthy. Covered in dust bunnies, sand and hair that did not belong to us. We had to remove all of the cushion covers on the furniture and throw pillows and to them before anyone could sit down. There were visible stains from food, spilled drinks, hair and imprints from where people sat w/ wet clothing or swimsuits. The shower in the master bath was the same. The floor and the shower were covered in hair. We had to clean a clump of hair off the drain. So so disgusting. Many of the dishes were visibly dirty. So we had to do a few loads of dishes right away. Our broom was broken so we ended up cleaning the floor on our hands and knees all week. We had a lot of work to do upon checking in which was disappointing. Once all that was done, we were able to relax a bit more. Two other issues we had were that the plastic shelves in the fridge that cover the fruit/veggie drawers were broken or missing. So you lose a whole shelf of space in the fridge, which was a bummer as far as having waters/beers cold in the fridge. And the people who rented the lower level arrived before us and took any and almost all the beach gear. They left us with one rusted beach chair and one broken chair and the two baby chairs. And a broken wagon.

It was nice to have a few amenities to get us started. The Aveda products were a nice touch. Plenty of towels were a bonus. The Master bed was comfortable, but the big bed in the room with the bunk beds, sags in the middle. An easy fix ! The only suggestions I have it that a full length mirror would come in handy. The furniture was nice and the beachy look fit the location. The pool was clean and well maintained.

We had a great stay. The property is 8 minute walk to one of the nicest beaches I’ve ever been to. Amazing soft sand. 3 minute walk to market/restaurants/shops etc. Super convenient. Place was clean and had all the basic necessities. The heated pool was nice too. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!
