Decent for solo travellers for a couple days
Pros: 1. Good location: Right near MRT and bus station 2. Amazing shower: Clean, hot and powerful! 3. Good daily cleaning of the room Cons: 1. Noise issue: you can hear the noise from the other rooms, not just the ones either side of your room but also from rooms down the corridor, it was disturbing even with ear plugs in. Guests using hair dryers, showers and toilets throughout the night could be clearly heard. 2. Room is on the smaller side, as a solo traveller it wasn’t an issue but it would be a struggle to fit a second person.

Good value hotel in great location
Stayed for 2 nights. Hotel is in a great location opposite the Bencoolen MTR station and an easy walk to the Bugis shopping center. Staff were all very friendly. Check in process was quick. Rooms are compact but well set out so it doesn’t feel cramped. Would definitely stay again.

Perfectly fine for a budget room and good value but huge NOISE issue. The walls (or perhaps better the partitions) are paper thin. Walking down the hall you can hear everything going on in the rooms. The doors are heavy and you can hear them shut even 5 doors down. I advise getting an interior facing room at the end of the hall (216, 316 etc.) as I did but even then if the people in the next room talk it will wake you up. The front desk told me there is a bar behind the hotel and people complain about the noise. Too bad because otherwise this would be my place in Singapore.

Good location close to the centre and to Orchard. Hotel is basic but has everything that one needs. Personnel are very friendly. On my checkout day, my flight was very late. Leo at the reception offered me a clean room to change and take a shower free of charge.

This is my 3rd time staying with this property and it always amazes me how the property is conveniently located...the MRT blue line is just across the street, Bras Basah line is a block away, one of the best Roti Prata in Singapore is just 2 blocks away and its in a quite road yet in the middle of everything. I highly recommend this property and looking forward to staying again and again.

Our 3rd stay here, great location, great staff.
Every hotel review has to account for the cost of the stay. Hotel Mi hit our sweet point between facilities, room size & location. Very close to MRT, lots to do in immediate area. Rooms are clean and comfortable, staff are extremely polite and attentive, really nice people. They arranged a late checkout for us (13:00) at no extra cost, stored our baggage & offered shower room before we head off to airport. This was our third stay here & we’ll most likely stay here again when we next visit Singapore. I’ll leave you to decide if that’s a recommendation…

Excellent and beautifully refurbished facilities a stone's throw from the metro station and a range of good restaurants. Extremely convenient coffee shop next door and a 7/11 opposite. Doesn't get better for the price!
