Awesome House 🏖️
I would definitely recommend this home for a beach vacation. The home has a cool layout with plenty of room. It has a nice backyard with beautiful, lush St. Augustine grass complemented with plenty of shade to beat the sun after a day on the beach. We brought our cornhole boards and enjoyed that outside area very much. I think one of the nicest touches that really separated this home was the extras. From Surfboards, Boogie boards, & beach chairs to cooking oils and spices. Away from home and like a little cayenne pepper in your eggs? Boom, there it is! These details along with very gracious owners felt more like we were renting a beach house from family. We definitely plan on coming back. Oh... 1 last tip... Aunt Kate's restaurant right down the road is freaking awesome! We ended up eating there twice.

Perfect size house with a great location.
We traveled with our adult children (18-24) to a large family reunion in South Ponte Vedra beach. This house was great for us to stay in. Clean, close to the beach, great kitchen, well stocked, perfect bedrooms and close to everything. Thanks for the great stay.

Family Getaway
We loved our stay at the tree house! The house was adorable, the yard and patio were wonderful. The kids enjoyed the swing in the backyard and the beach toys. It was very helpful to have the outdoor shower to rinse the sand off after a day at the beach, and we enjoyed grilling and eating on the patio for dinner to unwind after exploring St. Augustine. The walk to the beach was very easy and the beach wasn’t crowded at all. We all had plenty of space to relax and everything we needed was provided. We had a wonderful time and would love to visit again.

Fantastic Location
We loved the location of this home. Super close to the beach and within walking distance of three restaurants, which was super convenient. Not having to worry about bringing beach gear or towels was a big plus! The main room upstairs gets a lot of natural light, especially early in the morning (no problem for an early riser). We enjoyed our stay in this home.

Always our happy place!
We went back to this beautiful property in pristine Vilano beach 3 years after our last stay. The house remains as cosy as before. Enjoyed every second of our weekend trip to Vilano beach area. Hopefully we will be able to go back again soon!

This house was perfect for our girls getaway. The location is excellent for getting away from the busy city of St. Augustine while being only a 10 min. drive away. A short walk to the beach and then a nice deck with a grill to chill out, The kitchen was well stocked with small appliances and dishes. The house was filled with natural sunlight and decorated very nice with little touches of home, I highly recommend staying here and would do so again.

Quiet neighborhoood close to beach
We loved this house. It was the perfect base for our trip to St Augustine. An Easy drive across the bridge to all of the activities but far enough away to enjoy the quiet neighborhood as well. Also only about three houses from the beach. The house was cleaned and well stocked. The owner was very responsive. Would highly recommend. The only thing I would mention is the main treehouse bedroom has a very low bed so for older persons with bad joints it might be a little challenging getting out of that bed. But the other bedrooms were normal height beds. But overall this was a wonderful property!

Great Versatile Vacation
My husband and I drove over with our four adult children, and I must say, everybody had fun! There was something for the athletic ones, something for those that wanted to just relax and read, something for the foodies in the group, and most of all, many options for the whole family to enjoy together. Saint Augustine was great and this home was the icing on the cake. :-)

Beautiful Home, Excellent Location
This house has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Very close to St. Augustine and the beach. Very peaceful neighborhood and easy walk to the beach. There is also a playground with swings and slides for children an easy walk away.

Perfect!
This was the perfect getaway for our family. The home is fantastic and is a super quick walk to the beach. We used all the beach equipment which was awesome and had a wonderful time. When you want to go downtown it’s a quick drive over the bridge to shop and dine which we did every afternoon/evening. This is one we hope to revisit. We are only 3 hours away but this has been one of our family’s favorite trips. Don’t hesitate, you’ll love your stay!
