Great one night stay
We had a great stay and experienced good customer service from the valet to the front desk check in. The hotel was very clean accommodating for our dog as well. The bed was the most comfortable we’ve experienced in the last 5 hotel stays with different chains. We stayed one night for the boat parade and would definitely stay again.

Great stay. Good location in Downtown Jax
Great stay at the Hyatt for a friend’s wedding. Good area to walk around downtown Jacksonville. Couple of small issues: 1.) Florida was having a cold front move through with temps in the lower 50’s at night. The room heater did not work well and it was fairly cold at night. 2.) I stayed on floor 7 and multiple elevator buttons would not light up when I scanned my card and pushed the floor button. It was a bit confusing if I was going to be able to get to my floor. Thankfully despite being not lit up, the elevator was able to open on the seventh floor.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable but the pillows are too soft, just my preference. The breakfast buffet was average, not up to a standard I would expect from Hyatt. I would definitely stay here again.

We had an issue with the heat, it was very cold in the room. It took quite a while to fix but it did eventually get fixed. However the temperature was either too hot or too cold, we never found a comfortable setting. The service and everyone we came in contact with was super helpful, friendly, and accommodating.
