- The elevator is working. The elevator lobby is still being rebuilt and may not look pretty, but it is usable. Some inconveniences could still occur as a result of the work being done.
- The outside patio area is still being worked on.
- As a result of patio repairs, the pool equipment and pool bathroom repairs are held up.
- The painting and resealing project has resumed. ETA is March.
- Parking under the building is not completely open. Assigned spots will resume when all spots are open. Overflow parking is available. Parking passes must be visible.
- A neighboring unit will be undergoing repairs and deliveries over a few weeks and up to a few months. Work hours will be set, but could cause some noise and inconvenience.
Directly facing the Gulf of Mexico, this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom completely updated serene condo is in Villa Madeira which sits directly on the sand of Madeira Beach. With 3 separate bedrooms, this rental sleeps up to six guests. Enjoy our one-of-a-kind sunsets from the Gulf-facing balcony. This condo has been renovated throughout with new flooring, new furniture in bedrooms and living room, new appliances in the kitchen and washer/dryer, and updated decor. This pristine rental comes with access to a beachfront heated pool featuring amazing views and sun loungers for premium guest comfort. The rental is within walking distance of several local shops and spots. Johns Pass and Boardwalk which features over 100 retail shops, sweet shops, and restaurants as well as watersport rentals is just a short 10-minute walk from this condo. Make sure and swing across the street to visit the world-famous "Candy Kitchen" to satisfy your sweet tooth. The surrounding area has plenty of offerings for the entire family, from nature parks, golf courses, walking trails, aquariums, a variety of museums, botanical gardens, shopping malls, outlet malls, and theme parks just to name a few.
Kitchen: The galley-style kitchen looks out towards the Gulf and is fully stocked with cookware and serveware. Provided amenities include a refrigerator with ice/water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee maker, and Keurig coffee maker. Basic dishes and utensils are provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.
Dining Area: Guests can enjoy meals at the breakfast bar, four-top dining table inside, or at the four-top dining table on the large screened-in balcony.
Living Room: The living room includes a plush sofa, loveseat, sitting chair, coffee table, and TV.
Bedroom #1: The master bedroom has a King-sized bed, TV, an en-suite bathroom, and Gulf of Mexico views from the master balcony.
Bathroom #1 (En-suite): Full bathroom with a lovely tiled shower. No tub.
Bedroom #2: The second bedroom has a Queen bed, TV, and dresser.
Bathroom #2: Full bathroom with shower/tub combo.
Bedroom #3: The third bedroom has 2 twin beds and a TV.
Laundry: There's a full-size washer and dryer in the hallway for guest convenience.
Outdoor Amenities: Beachfront heated pool with sun loungers and a large communal patio.
*Elevator on property! This unit is on the 5th floor.

Important Information
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Parking: This unit provides 1 parking space. Guest parking is limited and on a first come first serve basis.

The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney are just two hours away.
