Our Beachside Luxury Home is a stunning vacation home with 3000 sq ft that features high end furnishings, granite countertops, beach views and so much more!

This amazing and spacious rental offers 4 bedrooms that have been beautifully decorated and 3.5 bathrooms accommodating 12 guests total.

This home is built to the highest expectations you would desire for a luxury home rental. The furnishings are comfortable and luxurious. This is the perfect rental home to sit back and relax after a long day at the beach. For those needing privacy, there is an isolated bedroom that has two Queen beds and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower – all located on the first floor. This ground level bedroom has access to the private pool.

First floor offers a two car garage, a laundry room with a full sized washer & dryer.

Second level features an open concept living, dining and modern kitchen area.

The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets and granite counter tops. The island seats 4 guests which is perfect for children to linger and enjoy snacks before moving on to their next adventure. The peninsula seats an additional 2 guests. The kitchen is open to the dining and living area.

The formal dining area has seating for 8. We have a marvelous family living area with room for all your guests to enjoy. The comfy living room offers a great spot to sit back and relax with a large Flat Screen TV and access to the large balcony.

A half bath is also located on the second floor.

The light and glamorous open floor plan is stylish and comfortable.

This wonderful beach house has large balconies on the second and third floor that provide you with wonderful beach views while at the same time letting you capture the coastal breezes.

The third level offers the remaining bedrooms. The Primary suite with a King bed and an en-suite bathroom with double vanity sinks, a separate walk-in shower and a separate tub. The Primary bedroom has access to a private balcony where you can enjoy beach views. It simply does not get any better than this!

The third bedroom has 2 Twin beds with a large TV and a Playstation for the kids to enjoy. The fourth bedroom has a Queen bed. These two bedrooms share a hallway bathroom that has a shower/tub combination.

The private splash pool is located on the first level along with a nice outdoor table set and a bbq grill. Enjoy the Florida lifestyle around the pool which has privacy from all neighbors. Once you spend your holiday here you may never want to return home. Size of plunge pool: Length is 16ft - width is 6ft and approx 4 1/2 deep.

And the beach just steps away, so escape to paradise while vacationing at our Beachside Luxury Home!

Details to keep in mind:
Please keep in mind that the Homeowner Association allows 2 vehicles to be parked inside the garage only. Large SUVs will not completely fit inside the garage (garage door will not close) but you can still park them there.

Pool heat is an extra cost of $35 per day + taxes - up to 85 degrees from Nov To Apr.

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.

Relaxing Holiday
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is beautiful and steps away from the beach. We like to cook on vacation probably more than most and truly appreciated the well-stocked spacious kitchen and dining area. Our party of 9 could sit together for our dinners. Bedding/Beds were comfortable and lots of room to spread out. Joanie, checked us in and even made sure that our TVs were working and helped us with the remotes. She was very welcoming and would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing beach vacation with the family
The home is a very nice property to stay at. I would stay again.Cons: - can’t park more then 2 cars ( HOA Will force you to move a car away )- if you wish for heated pool you have to prepay and it’s not a per day / use kind of thing.- avoid large vehicles / trucks it’s a slightly narrow street.- only master bedroom has beach view / able to hear wavesPRO: - the beach is but 20ft away from the home.- decent view from master bedroomThere is a French cafe near by please go there!!! Best breakfast I have had in a while.

Family birthday celebration
My family and I celebrated my birthday at Beachside Luxury Hone in Indian Shores. There were 10 of us including my mom and my 2 grandchildren. This house was amazing! It was just steps from the beach, had everything we needed in the kitchen, plenty of beach chairs and toys for the kids. We didn’t need to bring half of what we brought as this house had it all. We even had a view of the water. I am always nervous maki g accommodation arrangements as my family is very picky and they told my I did “a phenomenal job” with this one. Everyone had a great time and we will definitely be back!! Mona and Joani from Beachtime Rentals were amazing also. They were quick to respond every time I had a question. I could not say enough about our experience. I highly recommend this house and Beachtime Rentals.

Our disappointment was in the listing identifying 3 working bathrooms. We called at the beginning of the week to identify that the lower level bathroom had no working shower, after three (3) maintenance checks throughtout the week (because I texted several more times) ..... (to which two handymen visits and one plumber consultation visit all came in staying for less than 4 minutes and without a single tool in hand) we received plumber service on Friday afternoon. (These observations documented above were commented on by my son-in-law, who is master degreed construction manager for a manufacturing plant. The plumbers informed us they believed by the looks of things that the cartridge that was replaced in the shower control had been busted up for a while. The crawling infant in our family ruined every outfit to her pants knees due to the dark gray filth residue on the floors. Kitchen cabinet was off it's hinge; and I personally found three sinks without filled or even provided "Soft Soap" dispensers. Upon looking around I located (under sinks) empty dispensing soap bottles. Further looking I found a huge gallon sized refill jug full in laundry room and proceeded to refill all soaps myself. The location and structure of the home was luxurious, but the cleaning and maintenance were substandard.

Close to beach, kitchen had what we needed to cook, serve with. Disappointed that gas grill was so dirty. Gas in my grill lasts a year, don’t understand why renters need to pay for new canister everytime. Floors very dirty in home. Feet black every night. Just enough twels and 3 washclothes in whole house.

Plenty of Space!
This home had enough rooms and beds to accommodate us and all our kids and grandkids! Kitchen is a great size (could have used a bigger fridge but they have an extra one in the garage for overflow). Parking is an issue only 2 cars and they have to be in the garage, Public parking is pretty close but tended to be full. Beach is literally steps from the house! Amazing!! Splash pool is small but the kids didn't mind that at all! Thank you... I will def be recommending that home to friends and family when they come into town!

This was a great house. A lot of amenities in the kitchen. Pool was a bit smaller than expected but worked. Would not sleep 12 adults comfortably due to pull out couch being in the room with the king size bed. All else was great.

This home has everything we needed- from full kitchenware and appliances to bath towels and beach towels. The home is big with plenty of room for a large crowd. The beach is literally a house away and the sunset views from the house deck 2nd and 3rd floor are spectacular. Definitely staying here again soon!

Beautiful beach home and great location!
Each year my family, which includes four preschool aged grandsons, do a family vacation together in Florida since my one daughter lives in Florida. We always try to find a location that is very young child friendly. This location was fabulous! We walked over to the beach every day several times and the kids swam in the pool several times each day. It was a little bit cooler than we had expected for January but we requested that the pool be heated and it was perfect! The pool is small so, possibly older kids or a larger number of kids might have been a problem in the pool. But for a four-year-old, a three-year-old, a one and a half-year-old and an eight month old it was perfect and it would be perfect for adults just relaxing – not swimming laps! Ha ha. We loved staying at this beach home!!

Indian Rocks Beach in December
Very nice property and the proximity to the beach is wonderful! The kitchen is the biggest and most well-stocked of any property we have ever rented. The addition of a high chair and toys was a welcome bonus. And there were so many beach and pool toys. My only negatives were the parking (tight garage and the inability to have a third car on site) and the tile floors did not feel totally clean when we arrived. We did have some maintenance issues that were taken care of right away. One other potential negative is not being able to turn the air down past 72 degrees. A couple of the upstairs bedrooms got quite warm (and we visited in December). Overall, a great property.

Really enjoyed our stay. The pictures listed on HomeAway were accurate to what was really there. Location was excellent. The walk to the beach was about 50 yards. Beach was very pleasant but not crowded. We’d definitely stay here again.
