Great Location
Avalon at Clearwater, Florida was a great location (less than ten minutes to Clearwater Beach and about thirty minutes from the Tampa Airport). Outdoor pool was heated and our accommodations were great. We will be returning to the Avalon in March 2025.

The apartment was great overall. However you may want to change the shower curtains as the floor got wet every time we showered. You may also want to add more hooks in the bathroom to hang wet towels. Other than that is a really nice apartment.

Very nice unit with lots of personal touches
This was one of the best rental units we've stayed at. It is clear the owner cares a lot about the property and provides very well for the guests (laundry supplies, nice kitchen tools, common cooking essentials, etc). Lots of small details were covered, including a nice book of nearby attractions. The owner was also very kind to accommodate a change in our booking dates due to Hurricane Ian. Cosy, updated unit, was perfect for my wife and I and it was a quick easy drive to nearby Clearwater attractions, beaches, etc.
