Great beach spot

This was a great spot for my husband, my mother, my 12 year old son, and I to vacation. It has beautiful views and a lovely pool and beach. We could easily walk to John's Pass and groceries were only a short distance away. Plenty of activities were nearby or you can just relax at the condo. The condo was clean and well-cared for. The kitchen was well equipped. I'd definitely stay here again.

Sea Breeze Condo

This condo was perfect for our family of 6. It was close to the beach and walking distance to John's Pass. It was great being in the 1st floor so we didn't have to wait for elevators. The view was amazing and we even saw dolphins from our patio!! There were 2 beach chairs and boogie boards provided. The owners were very receptive to my concern about the pool not working. Overall I'd come back here again, awesome place!!

The place was clean and the location was perfect. Our only suggestion is to get the refrigerator repaired as it makes a lot of noise and is disruptive to sleep. Also update the TVs as it was a challenge to get them working properly. The elevators were very slow but this property bring on the 1st floor helps.The pool was not opened and the workers were there all day which was loud since the pool is right below this unit. I would recommend this location once the pool is opened as it is conveniently located.

Shhh don’t tell anyone how awesome this place is!

Quiet, peaceful and beautiful location. The condo has everything you need. Communication with the property manager is quick and simple. Love that there are no keys and that everything is by code. Beach is gorgeous and a very easy short walk. I am slightly handicapped and this property including the pool were easily accessed for me. Thanks for a great 65th birthday celebration!

Great family trip

Condo was just as described. Oceanfront and balcony overlooked the pool. I could sit outside and keep an eye on my teenagers swimming in the pool. It was a short walk to the beach and short walk to John’s Pass shopping and restaurants. The best part for us was the large table and chairs on the balcony. We had most of our meals overlooking the ocean and could see the sunset from the balcony. This was our 2nd time renting this condo and will definitely be back in 2026.

We loved our stay - what a location! Beautiful sunset views, everything you need in the condo. Great to be on the first floor as all other tenants will agree - the elevator is super slow and often gets “stuck” on the 6th floor. Check in process and communication from owners easy and wonderful. We will return to the Sea Breeze!!

12th Bday Getaway

This place was great. It was perfect for a getaway with 3 preteens and myself. The pool area was great the view and of course the short walk to the beach. Very roomy and had all the extras you would look for as well. Only 2 complaints, master shower pressure was very weak and the master tv was smaller than the other bedroom tv. I recommend switching those and should be good. Will stay here again as we live 50 min away and look for weekend getaways often.

HS Graduation trip

We visited Madeira beach for a high school graduation trip. My two teens (16yo boy, 18yo girl) each brought a friend and we specifically picked this rental because of its location. We LOVED that they could get snacks from 7-11 across the street, walk to John’s Pass for shopping/food, and had the pool and beach easily accessible! The location was perfect! We had a couple of minor issues with the rental and they were fixed very quickly. The smoke detector started making noises and within 5 min, we had someone over to check it out (we txted the number that we were given at check-in). It was hard wired and the detector went bad. He removed it, checked that we had other smoke detectors, and came back the next morning with a new one. I wish there were more linens and blankets. We used the extra set for the pull-out bed but the rental was sparse on blankets. With the rental stating that it sleeps 6, I wish there were 6 beach towels, not 4. The top blankets in the bedrooms could also use a washing. However, overall, the location was perfect, the rental was adequately clean, and it was a great trip!
