The third star is purely for location. Our room was nice, but felt seriously damp the entire weekend. I received not one but two text messages the first night from the hotel asking about our stay at 1:30am. Our bathroom counter and back of the bathroom door were covered in long, dark, curly hairs. The trash cans were overflowing, the games out by the pool were smashed into pieces, damaged doorframes were just given a landlord special and painted over. Hotel bar doesn’t open until 5pm and when my husband asked at the front desk for ice the rep seemed irritated to have to get him some. Valet guys were pleasant, attentive, and quick with the vehicles.

We only stayed one night. The hotel was clean and the lobby smelled good. The room was standard. We were able to walk to the local bars and college nearby. Parking is valet and is pricey, but typical for downtown st. Pete

Hilton St. Pete Bayfront was fantastic! Very clean, sanitized rooms, along with a cozy layout for the double queen we stayed in. The view was beautiful of downtown St. Pete. The staff here were also very informative and helpful upon checking in. Would definitely recommend!

I was here for a work trip. I was told the closest parking garage was 2 blocks away. There's one directly behind the hotel. You can't see it from the entrance of the building. Paid $42 for valet.

The back gate did not work with the card key (towards the pool) and I had to walk around to the ballroom side…not particularly safe for a little lady and late. The lobby smelled fantastic, but the room did not, the carpets in the room also needed a good vacuuming.

The hotel was clean. Staff are all friendly and good. Rooms need a little refurbishment in the carpet, furniture and bathroom. All are clean! Beds were fabulous. Pool was nice. Always sun at pool .

The hotel has excellent location, but it is a tired old building. They should really do something about renovating. The bathrooms are ugly, mine overflowed at 2 am in the morning, and the elevators did not work except for one. It was a mees trying t get to the lobby.
