The air conditioning, in the room, could not be controlled. There was a remote control for the wall unit that did not work. The A/C was on all the time, which was fine during the day, but turned the room very cold at night making it an uncomfortable sleep trying to deal with the temperature. When you are paying for a room, it is nice to have control over the temperature.

My wife and I met and were married in St. Petersburg almost 40 years ago and had very fond memories of the downtown area. The Hollander Hotel had a great vibe to it as it was filled with vintage photographs of the St. Pete area which was very nostalgic for us (even though much of the photos/art pre-dated our time). The Tap Room restaurant and bar was fabulous. We enjoyed having breakfast there on the patio every morning, and cocktails at night. Will definitely stay there when we make our next visit to St. Pete.

This property is charming, comfortable, and clean! This was our first stay at the Hollander Hotel. We visit St. Petersburg at least once a year, and the Hollander will be our accommodation of choice going forward. The hotel has the charm of "old Florida" in the middle of a modern city. We stayed in a king standard room, which reminded us of European hotel rooms we have stayed in over the years. Very comfortable and clean, but on the smaller size. Next year, we anticipate upgrading to the King Suite. The staff was very professional, accommodating, and welcoming. The pool area accommodated both the sun worshippers and those of us who like the outside but prefer the shade. Parking was convenient. We reccommend the Hollander Hotel without reservation!

We like the vibe of this hotel. It’s not a “fancy” hotel but the rooms are updated modern and comfy though the bathroom hardly has any counter space. There’s a pool bar w the best margaritas. The restaurant feels intimate and like you’re at home and the coffee shop is lovely. Walkable to restaurants and shops. We stay here whenever we visit St Petersburg, Fl.

Great place. has a ton of charm and character. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the price/value was very good in context of other far more expensive hotels around. Staff was awesome and even called me after i checked to let me know they found and kept my blood pressure medicine almost right away. Good customer care taking. Highly recommend the hotel and food was great. Pool bar is cool as well as the indoor restaurant. great vibe, lots of good energy.

This was our third visit here, after it being recommended by a friend, and it's now our go-to place to stay in St. Pete! It's charming, eclectic, and has a very mellow atmosphere. All of the staff are friendly and very accommodating.

A true Gem. I didn’t want to leave. The vibe and atmosphere are amazing, but the staff really separates them. Great people! The food at the pool bar was great as well. Highly recommend
