Perfect!
This place looks like the pictures. It was a perfect amount of space for 4 people. It was so convenient to have a short walk to the beach, the coffee shop, and Jakes Cantina was walkable. The beach chairs,wagon and umbrella was a life saver for us folks from Indiana. We had so much fun! We will have to go back next year!

Close to the beach
We loved the close proximity to the beach, including a few restaurants within walking distance. The property was clean and looked like it appeared in photos. The managers were prompt and kind. The only critique would be they could add a few necessities that would help make their place more like staying at home, such as a primary bedroom garbage can and chip clips. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and we would definitely stay there again.

Florida life in Indian rocks
The condo was at a great location. All within walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops. Jakes cantina, pj oyster bar, crabby bills, jd’s to name a few. The decor and furnishings of this rental were exactly as pictured, which was very nice. Only minor minor speed bump, when we checked in none of the trash was taken out, the dishwasher still had dishes in it and the bed was unmade. Once we got everything cleaned up we were fine. All in all, I would recommend this property

Beautifully Renovated Condo in Great Location
We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Indian Rocks. The location is perfect - just one block to the public beach access and within walking distance of great restaurants and shops. You could literally park your car and not need it again during your stay. The condo is beautifully renovated with new appliances, flooring and decor. The garage is stocked with any item you would need at the beach - chairs, umbrellas, toys, floats, etc. Bonus, a great beach wagon to pull everything in. We did encounter an issue with the downstairs bath shower not draining and unfortunately, the Drano did not resolve the issue. Also, one issue that must be considered is that the air conditioner is not zoned. The downstairs stays nice and cool, which is where the thermostat is located, with the air set at 72 (owners require it not be set below this). Unfortunately, we were at the beach during a very hot part of June and the upstairs master bedroom and bath did not cool off - temps stayed closer to 80 degrees until late at night in the upstairs area. Ceiling fan in master helped a little. You definitely want to keep the blinds and blackout curtains pulled shut when it is in the 90's outside. Do not open the sliding glass door to the deck when it is super hot outside as it floods the room with heat and it just cannot cool back off.

Close to beach!
We had a great stay and loved the location in proximity to the beach and many restaurants. Short drive up to Clearwater for activities, but the beach, that was a quick walk, was perfect for our family.

We would stay at this property again! The best parts were how clean it was and the bathrooms! I They were spacious and tiled beautifully, and it was so nice to have two showers for after the beach. Also great to spread toiletries out in the master bath. We used the kitchen every day and the washer and dryer were lifesavers for us, even just to dry towels before dragging them back to the beach for another swim. The dryer was admittedly really slow but it did the job eventually. There is a neighbor right across the hall, and the building is an older one, but the inside is what matters, and we loved our stay here! We spent most of our time at the beach anyway, and the walk to the ocean was maybe 7 minutes max. We used the wagon in the garage but sadly had to buy our own umbrella and boogie boards because the ones provided were broken. Not sure why they were still there. That seems like an easy, inexpensive thing to provide for guests since it's a pain and additional cost to buy our own for a short time, so now the property has new boogie boards and sun umbrella. We were ten minutes late checking out and the cleaning ladies were super nice, so props to them.

Location location location
We stayed at this property after a recent Disney vacation, The location was perfect as it was close to everything in walking distance. The interior of the property is well done and extremely clean, appreciate the host keeping items well-stocked especially in the kitchen area for a little things like salt and pepper and batteries. The upstairs bathroom is absolutely gorgeous and they did a phenomenal job on the renovation, The exterior does not seems so appealing but that did not bother us.

Perfect for Families with Infants/Toddlers!
We initially chose this listing because it was very family friendly. We flew from Dallas with our 18 month old and did not want to have to drag a bunch of baby gear with us. The condo had everything we needed for our toddler. There is a pack-n-play, high chair, and lots of books and toys he enjoyed playing with. We loved the location - it really is perfect if you are looking to be within walking distance of everything you need and prefer a quiet beach to relax on. There are multiple local restaurants nearby - Crabby Bill's and the ice cream shop were our favorites and so close! There is also a CVS nearby for quick purchases. The Publix is only a little over a mile away. The beach is very quiet and nearly empty most days, which is what we wanted. It is no where near as busy as Clearwater beach. Finally, the condo was perfect for us! It was recently remodeled and done so well with a refreshing color scheme that evokes a soothing, relaxing beach vacation! Lots of whites and turquoise. We loved relaxing in the spa-like master bath and soaking in the big tub. All of the furnishings were perfect. The provided chairs, beach umbrella, and sand toys were perfect for our needs! Overall, we had a fantastic time at the beach thanks to the bungalow on the rocks!

Gorgeous house in a beautiful area
The details sent in advance by the owner were perfect and told us everything we needed to know. On arrival it was easy to access the accomodation and we were very happy with it. The house is open and airy, beautifully decorated with a nautical theme, has comfortable seating, a fully equiped kitchen and a huge TV with access to various channels. There is a guest bedroom downstairs, although we didn't use it, it looked comfotable. The downstairs bathroom had a toilet and a shower which was handy. Upstairs was the master bedroom which had a very comfortable bed - we slept so well every night, even the first night, which is always rare for us in a new place. It has a walk in wardrobe and sliding doors to a balcony, where we would sit in the morning and look up at the stars in the evening. We even caught a glimpse of the international space station from there! The upstairs bathroom is also beautifully decorated with a HUGE bath and seperate shower. The house had everything you could need for a stay. We were there just over 2 weeks so having the washer and dryer was a godsend. In the garage were all the beach items, including a buggy to transport everything. The beach was less than 5 minutes walk away, literally round the corner and across the road. The beach is very beautiful with lovely white sand and warm blue sea. Some of the time we were there it was a little rough due to the weather, but other days it was very still and clear. During the week the beach was very quiet as there is no parking at this entrance so you only get locals on it. At the weekend it is busier, but still nothing like Clearwater beach, you get plenty of space. The ice cream shop opposite the end of the street which the house is on is well worth a (daily) visit. Over 100 flavours to choose from and change from $10 when you buy two. Try some of the more obscure flavours - I loved the llamalicious! The neighbours were quiet (for the first few days we thought there might not be anyone there, it was that quiet) and we saw them a couple of times, they were very friendly and welcoming. We would highly recommend this propery, and hope to be able to return some day. Indian Rocks seems like a lovely community and we had the perfect holiday.

Perfect spot!!
Lovely condo in a GREAT location! The kids loved the daily walks down the boulevard and trips to the 100 flavor hand dipped ice cream shop. Condo was clean, impeccably decorated and very comfy. The teens said it’s their new “home away from home”. Neighbor across the way was very nice (as was his sweet dog Daisy) and the outdoor space was great for evening card games and cookouts. The only downside? We had to come home!

Good value for the price. I believe this unit is about to be remodeled, which is needed. It was surprisingly clean inside for the age. My mistake for not reading the amenties carefully, but there is no dishwasher. Easy walk to beach. Garage has extra chairs if you need them.
