The Pool , Sundeck and property will remain open until Late Fall or Early Winter.
The Holiday Villas III board of directors has informed us Holiday Villas III Condominium will undergo an exterior balcony, concrete and painting restoration project beginning in late February 2024 through the end of 2024. This project, as with many other condominium projects currently underway in our area, is partially due to recent Milestone Inspection requirements put in place by the State of Florida in 2022. While there are no immediate structural deficiencies related to Holiday Villas III the board has approved repair work for exterior balconies, concrete and painting.
Crews will work their way around the building throughout the project starting on the North side and working counterclockwise. Only while your unit stack section is being actively worked on (railings removed and replaced) will you possibly not have access to your balcony during parts of your stay. Most balcony’s will be open and fully useable during the project. The biggest impacts from this project will be noise during working hours and with parking adjustments during your stay (some parking may be moved across the street into our overflow parking lot.) Typical construction hours will be Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm.
The pool will remain open during most of the construction process except when work is being done on those units directly above the pool deck area which we anticipate will be later in the year estimating early winter.
