Beautiful beach and area was nice and accessible to restaurants and stores. May want to do a quick clean and disinfect to feel comfortable. The floors needed mopped and counters needed wiped off. The fridge doesn't close well.

Great vacation, Nice condo, amazing views, trolley takes you wherever you need to go right out front, washer dryer right in unit, quiet, pool, hot tub, oceanfront, decor is dated, but comfortable, no issues except the vent to the dryer needs to be addressed, because we had to keep putting water in the bucket and continuously place the vent tube back on the bucket and then lint kept shooting out into my face. I would still stay here again. We were all comfortable and happy. This was our 4th time in the areas and one of the best places we stayed. Thank you for having us, we made many more fabulous memories

Not a clean or updated property
We were disappointed in our stay. The building is dated but the unit itself was very old and not clean. We had plumbing issues when we arrived (the master tub and sink wouldn’t drain and the water for the tub - hot/cold was reversed) which the rental company did address and someone fixed. The floors were sticky (we wore shoes the entire trip), the dryer requires you to refill a bucket of water between uses, the balcony doors barely opened (had a piece of wood used to keep them shut) and blinds were awful, and you could hear every single noise from any neighbor or from the street. Not to mention there was not a keyless entry and we had to keep an actual key with us all week. The pool was often very crowded and overall just didn’t seem to be very clean. We wouldn’t stay at this property again.

We absolutely loved our stay at The SandCastle 1. Everything was perfect! Our view and location was absolutely amazing. The condo came fully stocked with everything to get us started until we went to the local store for some necessities. We were a little disappointed with the bedroom with the 2 queens as it had a musty smell, and the dressers were the cause as they had water damage inside. We couldn't use the dressers but found space in the closet. The full size bed in the other bedroom should be replaced. A few small bumps but we had a great vacation.
