Sea Breeze #301 is a direct Gulf Front condo with a large private balcony overlooking the beach. This corner unit also has a second balcony off the master bedroom that overlooks the Bay. Spacious two bedroom, two bathroom condo with 1420 sq. ft. The master bedroom has two double beds and the second bedroom also has two double beds. TV's in the living room and both bedrooms. Free cable and Wi-Fi internet. One parking pass provided (second pass may be available upon request). Sea Breeze is located directly on the beach with private beach access. The large pool deck with Jacuzzi is beach front. Property also offers BBQ grilling area with picnic tables, Bocce Ball court, and tiki huts. Laundry facilities available on the 4th and 7th floors. Johns Pass Village is just 5 blocks away.

Beautuful Beach
Can't beat the location. Beach is beautiful. Unit was not very clean. Sand on the floor. Bathroom sink. floor, and shower with hair on it. Cabinets in master bathroom sticky. No beach towels or beach chairs like other units. Coffee pot not working right. Will be back next year, Just not in this unit.

Bathroom tiles broken, bathroom sink cracked ,fixed with glue Bathroom sink stopper rusted off,vanity outdated paint chipped,bedroom furniture old and beat up, flooring in bedroom coming up,,master bedroom mattress horrible, kitchen sink faucet broken. ,back of couch broken,,cracked microwave door, bath towels thin,a lot of issues for the high price

Beach Condo
We had an excellent rental experience with this unit. It was very clean...they had mostly everything that you could need to make your stay enjoyable except there were no beach towels or beach chairs that came with the unit. The view overlooking the ocean is absolutely amazing. I would definitely rent again!

Family Beach Vacation
This was our second time staying at Sea Breeze, but the first in this unit and with TRS. We didn't book directly through TRS, so check-in was a little hectic - I never received an email with check-in instructions, and we were coming after normal hours. However, once we got to the unit, we were happy to be back in Madeira Beach. The unit itself is very well-appointed inside. There were a couple damage issues, but we made sure to let TRS now about them as soon as we arrived so we weren't charged. Nothing that affected our stay though! We love the location, and the beach was as beautiful as always. However, this unit gets a TON of road noise. We had a sound machine for our son, but we felt like we were sleeping on the highway. It can't be helped with the location of the unit, so just be sure to bring a sound machine or earplugs if you're a light sleeper. We're looking forward to coming back to Madeira Beach - just probably in a different unit.

I have stayed at the Sea Breeze before but this time the condo had dirty linens and old furniture
I would not rent this unit again. The furniture needs updating. Linens were left dirty on bed also.

Very spacious and ideal Gulf view
Very spacious condo. Having 2 double beds in each bedroom is wonderful to allow for flexible rental scenarios. Gulf view is perfect. Unit does show its age a bit and the elevator is painfully slow. Only issue we had was with the checkout process. Instructions state to check out at 10AM and return key to nearby office at 13030 Gulf Blvd. I went there and the office was not even open. Fortunately a man nearby directed me to a key drop box. Process should be much more straightforward and clearly documented. VRBO inquiries were not returned when I asked a question the night before checkout - nor after I informed about the drop box.
