Bahia Vista 8-212 is a spacious second-floor condo located on the bay waters at Isla Del Sol. The unit features a sleeper sofa, a loveseat, and a side chair. This unit has Free high-speed WiFi, 2 TVs, and a North American Long Distance for your convenience.  This unit can accommodate different family sizes and has two bedrooms and two baths. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with double vanity.  The master bedroom has a queen size bed. The guest bedroom has a bathroom attached as well! This bedroom has 2 twin beds.  Unit 212 also has a full-size washer and dryer in a separate laundry room, making this unit a complete home away from home.

Sit out on the balcony and watch the sunset with your favorite drink, or enjoy the beautiful wildlife in the waters or on land while enjoying the morning air. These units are well known for seeing dolphins playing in the bay water and boats cruising the waters, as well as birds and bunny rabbits that are protected. You can access the balcony from the living room or the master bedroom. Be sure to take time to enjoy the large pool and hot tub. 7-day minimum, Saturday arrival, and Saturday departure during peak season.

Isla Del Sol - meaning Island of the Sun, is an island community on a tropical barrier island surrounded by Boca Ciega Bay and nestled between the southernmost tip of St Petersburg and St Pete Beach, Florida. St. Pete Beach, the most southern link in a chain of barrier islands that make up the Tampa Bay Sun Coast, offers residents and visitors miles of pristine white sandy beaches that border the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. • Barbecuing or grilling on balconies is allowed with an electric grill ONLY.
• Do not feed seagulls from the property.
• Park in assigned space for your unit. All vehicles must have parking permits displayed. Vehicles without a parking permit displayed are subject to towing at renters expense.
• Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during the hours of 11pm -8am. This is a private condominium or home and there are year round occupants that live in the building. While you are on vacation, they may not be.
• All trash is to be bagged and placed in garbage chute or proper containers.
• Cars must be pulled into the parking space as normal. No backing into parking spaces.

Fabulous Experience!!!

This property was ideal for our needs. The lay out was great, the balcony view was fabulous, the walk to the beach & pool was perfect, ground/pool maintenance was fantastic, staff was very helpful, and other guests were extremely friendly. In spite of one bad review regarding the supposed uncomfortable primary bedroom matress, it was firm, perfect for us. Simply a matter of personal preference. Both baths were very spacious as well. One minor drawback was my reported dirt spots on the bedroom carpets and the tile throughout could have been a bit cleaner. I understand there is a lot of traffic in and out so I simply wore my Vionic "flip flops" in the home while I was there. Overall, I give this unit and the leasing staff top ratings for top notch service. I'll be back next year!! Thank you all!!

Dated interior , nice balcony pool water views sunset. Not throughly cleaned, carpet dirty, main bed mattress the worse. Worn cabinets etc. stocked kitchen newer stove fridge. Supplies as described. Bring all stuff coffee filters to laundry detergent. Complex and area very well maintained and nice.

Excellent property!

The reservation process and check-in were very easy. Property was just as it looked the pictures. Nice and clean, bright, great view! It was fun to watch the boats go by and the dolphins swimming near shore. Highly recommend this property. We were very pleased.

Great Sunset Views

This property is well equipped, nicely decorated and in the great Isla Del Sol neighborhood. The amazing sunset viewing every night is a plus. Close to St Pete Beach and many good restaurants makes it a perfect spot for a getaway.

Although we didn’t spend much time in the actual condo, we certainly enjoyed being there. It was just big enough for me, my husband, 2 daughters and my mother to have enough room and not feel on top of one another. Beautiful view which made me love it even more! The interior could use a little update but that was my only complaint!

Para empezar no pudieron ir ellos a abrir el agua hasta al siguiente día de llegar por foto nosotros tuvimos que abrir el agua. El departamento tiene camas terribles en cuanto a tamaño y comodidad. pedimos varias veces toallas para la Alberca y nunca nos las pudieron llevar mala atención

Great place to stay

The property was clean and in good condition. The comunication was easy. Geat location. The Pool and view was great. The only inconvinience were that the blinders didn’t closed well and the light came in. We had an amazing stay and definitely would like to Stay there again.
