Loved the Curb Appeal - Entrance Design, Chilled Water with Fruit in Lobby, Gorgeous Lobby and Indoor/Outdoor Dining Design, Ambience and Delicious Food! I had the King with Bayview - Beautiful room and view! Excellent and Friendly Staff!!! from Front Desk Reception to Dining to Housekeeping and Room Service! I chose the Hotel because of consistent high reviews and aesthetics and both were on Point! I got here at 6pm to check in and was told they have my reservation but they were completely full and no rooms. Told they were short on cleaning staff but will eventually have a room. Had a room available 3 hours after check in. Had to go to the lobby bathroom to change and had to wait another hour for the room after a very long day of travel. Unacceptable.

Outstanding! It’s an all in one stop! Restaurant was top-notch after the restaurant you go to the roof for a rooftop bar overlooking the city. We had plans to Go out but stayed in because everything was there and grate! Will come back for sure. The new hang out! Room was excellent and clean! Staff was outstanding! Just grate all the way around.

Excellent attention to detail in every aspect. Really glad I pic it Pros rooms, rooftop, staff, vibe Cons pool and lift can be slow with people up and down to rooftop bar, small price to pay

Very nice hotel. Scenery from the rooftop bar. Awesome. Big rooms. Got to check in early which was a plus. Would definitely recommend staying there if you're in the area. Will be back again real soon.

The hotel hospitality was good, as well as the hotel restaurant was good. I was disappointed when asking for extra towels on two separate occasions to never in fact get any. I also only had housekeeping come one of the three days.
