Beautiful location on the river. Very close to the town centre - dining, shopping, attractions. Restaurant and bar on site were also great options. Staff was very friendly.

Not enough parking space for late arrivals. Unfortunately this is something out with the hotel’s responsibility always book this hotel when up in Inverness.

Clean room, nice meal and good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Worst thing was the next door guest snoring!

Great hotel, clean and with a friendly staff.

Enjoyable stay and would go back, had breakfast one morning but disappointed that it was cold, I was late in getting down (30 minutes before breakfast was finishing) but no excuses for it being cold. It’s an old fashioned hotel but it still has a charm about it and all the staff were very helpful during my stay.
