Located at Sailport Waterfront Resort. This one bedroom with queen size sofa bed is good for business travelers, couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). We take all of your needs into consideration. The condo is fully equipped and ready for you to come in and enjoy your stay! You have access the entire condo. We are here for you as little or as much as you’d like! The condo community is very safe and has 24 hour security. Enjoy the geo-thermal pool, which is kept at a nice 84 degrees all year long. You can also enjoy some yummy food or cocktails at our poolside bar and grill: Big Bamboo Bayside. Make sure you don't miss the amazing sunsets then cozy up by the fire pit and tiki torches after the sun goes down
The sunsets here are absolutely amazing. Make sure to bring your camera and be prepared to relax by the fire pit and make some friends. I highly recommend a vehicle unless you want to completely unwind. .

The property was just as nice as described in the pictures with a beautiful view. Eveything was nice and clean. Great location and we were near everything. The owners provided good communication when needed. Would definitely stay here again. We had a great time.

Rocky Point getaway
Great location in Tampa to get just about anywhere. The property was nice and apartment was very clean and updated. There is a pool right on the water where you can watch Great sunsets. They also have a fun grill and bar at the pool. Everything you need! We would stay again.

We had a really great time! There were a few things that we noticed that made us question how well the place was cleaned. There was an open/half drank seltzer can on the ground next to the dresser in our bedroom and pretzel rods under the couch in the living room. The wine opener was broken and the place let us borrow theirs, which I returned at check out. Overall the place was really nice and perfect for the 3 of us. The view of the bay was beautiful. The pool and bar area were lovely. We went to a lot of beaches and didn’t realize how far away everything was. It was nice to come back and have the pool there. All of the workers were really friendly. The hosts communicated information clearly and provided details that we needed for check in and check out.

Great host, great place.
We loved the views from the balcony. The place was well cleaned, equipped with kitchen utensils and amenities. Our host, Christine, give well cleared instructions for check in and check out. We we’ll definitely be coming back for our next vacation.

The location and condo met our expectations. We did not understand that the washer and dryer were not in the unit, but the laundry room was easily accessible.We will look into renting this unit in the future. Thank you for sharing your unit with us.

Overall, this condo was nice. However, the condo is much smaller and more worn than the photos show. The couch has a broken arm, the linen closet door is broken making an odd sound, the bathroom is worn and some fixtures dustier than I would have thought. Supplies were limited, we needed to buy paper towels and tissues. For a weeks time we were given two tabs for the dishwasher. On vacation I don't want to wash dishes. The grounds of the complex are also more worn than the photos show. The restaurant is limited and the food greasy, actually the restaurant kitchen is in a trailer. The people are friendly.

The living room furniture was not comfortable. The unit was clean, although, there was a urine smell coming from the bathroom. The bed was comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Good for quick get away
Property updated inside condo. Could use a fresh coat of paint (especially bathroom). Bed was comfy enough. Nice pool area with bar/food available all day. Felt more like a hotel than resort. Had to request checkin directions be sent to me- hadn’t heard anything up to that point which was same day of arrival. Close to airport so we just Ubered everywhere.

Everything was perfect! Condo was well stocked and spotless. Owner was very easy to work with when booking the unit. The location was beautiful to watch the sunset, and all the restaurants in the area were fantastic. We will definitely be back!

The property is exactly like the picture: could have been cleaner. Dusty in the bed room. The shower head is the worst, no water pressure at all. The poor is very small for a complex that large. No beach space anywhere no where to walk along the water. The view is lovely. Has a little bar at the poor but $10 a drink in a plastic cup is steep. The hand soap was half empty and filled with water: that was surprising . I bought hand soap at whole foods . The bottle of wine was nice
