5 Stars - All of us had a great time on our family vacation. The town home exceeded our expectations. We had plenty of space for our family of 7. There was so much to do with the pool and beach nearby. And we really enjoyed the restaurants on property. You can't go wrong with choosing this location for your family vacation. Robyn C.

5 Stars - You know how a lot of rentals or real estate photos are great, but then you see it in real life and the property leaves something to be desired? This is NOT one of those. This townhouse was even prettier in person and so blissfully quiet. The amenities were great. We ate at the restaurants in the community and both Sunrise and Hooks were delish. The private beach was peaceful and the pool was nice. The townhouse was super clean and well stocked with everything our family of 7 needed. 5 Star - We had a great stay. The property is very nice and clean. it had all the amenities we were looking for, but the beds were extremely hard and so was the living room and balcony furniture. The kitchen had everything you needed. It was very easy to spread out and relax. 4 Star - The place was as pictured, very roomy. Minor inconvenience- there wasn't any condiments or anything to cook with. We cooked for 6 days and needed to purchase everything thing to cook with. Good stay, unfortunate follow-up
Overall, we had a nice stay in the property. The description was accurate and the location was fine. Communication was clear and efficient. Unfortunately, after the stay, we were fined for damage that we feel confident we did not cause. The documentation they provided was questionable, but honestly, not worth the time or energy to fight. We have had very good experiences with iTrip in the past, but this was a disappointing way to wrap up an otherwise great trip.

Needs a little attention
First, we had a great vacation and the property worked well for us. That said, this property could use a little attention. Most of the remotes were broken, one of the beds was unusable because it had broken slats, light in the downstairs bedroom didn’t work, floors needed mopped. Again, just needs a little attention.

Wonderful stay in Little Harbor!
We really enjoyed our stay in Little Harbor. The accommodations were everything we were looking for! Lots of room for our family of 4, would still be very comfortable with 6 people. Great kitchen and living room set up. Lots of room in the bedrooms and they each have their own balcony! Would stay there again!

Little harbor stay
The itrip company was very rigid especially with early check in. We asked to come in a little early and they said it was being cleaned. Actually the last time it was cleaned was Nov28 because there was a cleaning sheet on the fridge. The dishwasher didn’t work the entire trip which caused us to have to change our rating plans because it didn’t want to do dishes by hand the whole time. They offered 50 off. That’s how much I paid for paper products. I have been coming to this area for years and this was the most frustrating time. Thank you

The home is very nice and large. Everything was great. Enough room for a family of 4. The living room furniture was a little hard but great for a few days stay. Price was also much better than staying in a hotel. I would recommend home.

Overall, good stay!
Overall this is a great property. We enjoyed Sunset Grill for a close by meal. It's a little out of the way for other things but that's not all bad. It's quiet and pretty secluded. Love the 3 balconies to sit on. Some of the little cons: TV in downstairs bedroom was set for the language to be in Spanish. Took me a while to get it set back to English. Batteries for the fan remote in downstairs bedroom were dead. I swapped with the ones in the living room. I tried to add an app to the Roku but it required a Roku PIN that was not provided. The coffee maker did not work. Found this out the next morning after arriving and after buying coffee. Had to run to Walmart and buy a coffee maker. It has one that works now as we left it there. In reference to the balconies, again they were great as there were 3 of them, there are only 2 chairs that you can stand to sit on for any length of time. The small wooden ones are about the most uncomfortable things ever. There were 4 of us adults and after a long day we like to sit on the balcony and visit. Tough to do. The chairs and sofa on the inside aren't much better. Not asking for high dollar chairs but there has to be something better than those. Even though those are first world problems, they do play a part in the overall experience. We didn't sit around that much as we were there for the RV Show. We would likely consider the property again but then again, might not for a few of these reasons.

Terrible service
I have many complaints! I called, text and emailed about these issues. Response hours later! The refrigerator is dirty, we found dirty silverware in the drawer, the toilet paper holder in upstairs front bathroom fell off the wall, there aren't enough washclothes, the fan remote control in master bedroom upstairs fell out of the wall and has no batteries, many of the pillows are paper thin and not usuable, the pillows on the sofa are dingy, the washer smells terrible, the refrigerator ice and water dispenser in the door does not work, the furniture needs to be cleaned, the check in information was never sent to me, I made a million phone calls, emails, text messages and left voicemails to get the check in information. Finally, at 6:00 pm on check in day Georgina called with that information. Good thing we weren’t there at 4:00 to check in. Have been sending messages about the pack and play since we arrived the first night. No response until midday on second day. We had a baby that is sleeping on the floor! The condo is not very clean. Floors are dirty and sandy. No directions on where to dump the trash when you leave. Just said place in neighborhood dumpster. We had to drive around to find it. The beds were so uncomfortable. Just thin foam mattresses on a platform bed. The downstairs bedroom is freezing. It was cold during our visit and we had to turn on the heat. That room had no wire coming out of the vent. Terrible service all around. Not pleased with this rental or the service provided. Will not rent here again and will make sure all of these items are listed on my review. *they sent a cleaning lady who entered and scared my sister and her grand-baby to death. They were napping. She asked what was wrong. She did not have a list with her. My sisters told her all of the issues and she said they were all maintenance issues and also stated she wasn’t in charge of the pack and play although the manager said she would drop it off. Pack and play arrived around dinner time on our second stay. *they sent a maintenance guy without telling us and he arrived a day late. Apologized for not coming the day before. Couldn’t fix the refrigerator, sent a work request with manufacturer of fixed the wrong wall fan remote upstairs and said the toilet paper holder was okay. It falls out of the wall when you tug on the paper. Not once did management offer to refund our money. When you call, text and email about issues someone should pick up the phone!

Pros: Nice resort for kids (pool, playground, basketball courts, private beach and more) Good restaurant. Cons: VERY uncomfortable beds and furniture Key pad to access unit didn’t work the entire visit (not easy to get ahold of a person for access until hours later- luckily cleaning crew returned to replace a broken smoke detector) and cleaning crew was able get us a key in the lock box. Cleaning crew replaced smoke detector with battery alarm instead of hardwired as it was suppose to be. This alarm would go off every time the oven was just open slightly. Location is nice if you plan to stay around the resort otherwise driving to ocean or activities is an about an hour.

Overall a great stay and happy family !
I want to start by saying we really enjoyed our stay but there are a few things I’d want to know before renting: Dan was awesome and quick to reply when we had trouble with the code to enter the unit upon arrival. The unit wasn’t dirty per se, but I had to clean the drawers as they were full of sand, as well as the floor (my son got a piece of glass in his foot) and the dryer filter was also left full of lint and sand. The beds were pretty hard especially for six nights. The pool and beach are a ten minute walk but the unit location was nice and private with balconies on every floor. Having the restaurant and pool on site is a definite plus. As for Ruskin, there’s not much around (depending on what you’re looking for) we had to drive 20 minutes minimum to find nice restaurants and drive 50 minutes to an hour to the gulf beaches (there may be closer ones) All that said though, overall my family of six had a great stay!

Nice townhouse by the bay
Quiet, well appointed accommodation in very nice development with great restaurant (Sunset Grill). We enjoyed our time here and would rent again the next time we are in the area. Unfortunately the code we were given for check in didn't work and it took a few phone calls and messages to connect with someone who was very helpful and reset the code for us, but once we were in we had a great stay!

Great location for family visit
The townhouse worked out really well for our visit with family in Sun City Center. We enjoyed the Little Harbor area for walking each morning. The house was clean, bright and welcoming. We didn’t do much more than breakfast and sleep there since we were visiting family in the area - but it was just right for our needs. The Wi-Fi was important since our daughter in law had to work from the house - so glad that was there as well. We’ll definitely consider staying again the next time we come to town.
