3 kids in the room next to my room. 4 hours of constant noise. Playing the harmonica and screaming. I called the front desk 4 times and nothing was done. The front desk was very rude. I was up all night and it affected my work the next morning. I asked for another room but the hotel was booked. The area was unsafe with a lot of homeless people in a very undesirable area. I did not feel safe, I was in Tampa for business but will not book that hotel again.

Reservation didn’t exsist
When we arrived they could not find our reservation and second day we had to change rooms not acceptable. They sort of treated us like we were lying about reservation but showed all my phone interaction with you

The staff was amazing and the room was exactly as photographed. I would stay again, however it is worth noting that it is close to the interstate and some homeless people congregated around the area (not the hotel itself). I felt safe because of the measures put into place at the hotel (key for entry, back gate locked after 10pm). I was a little disappointed that the gym was out of order during our stay, it was one the main reasons we booked the hotel (aside from being close to the concert venue).

I stayed at quality Inn during hurricane Milton. I felt safe despite the extreme wind and rain. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. I had a refrigerator, but no microwave. However, the hallway and staircase stunk of cigarette smoke. Additionally, when the hotel lost power due to the hurricane, there was no emergency lighting in the staircase or hallways.
