Upon arrival I was given the key to a room that was occupied! I returned to the front desk and the attendant argued with me that the room was unoccupied. He then made me wait while he figured out what happened before giving me another room. No one ever came to clean the room or leave fresh towels. The “free” breakfast buffet was strictly continental, which could not eat as I have celiacs. This hotel should not be recommended by Expedia. Very disappointed.

Horrible Experience
When I got to the hotel to check in, it did not look like the pictures. There were shady looking people all over the place definitely not what I had expected being Wyndham owned. I was traveling back home from a work trip and had booked this on Hotels.com. I selected pay at hotel, but was charged early was the first issue. After checking in and going to my room it was so uncomfortable. I did not want to stay there. I went back down to the lobby with my cart full of luggage and explained I was not staying and I wanted to refund, the manager asked if I used the room which I did not. He said he would send the housekeeper up to make sure the bed was not used and then asked me if I’ve ever stayed there before which I have not, I explained I want an instant refund, said no problem. I found another hotel, which was amazing and realized my refund wasn’t issued. Called the hotel and was told the refund had never been issued and they would do it right then. Another two days went by no refund. I called the hotel again and spoke with the same person I’ve spoken with previously, and was assured the refund has been issued. She hung up in midsentence. I then saw a completed debit on my account, and the bank advised there was no refund issued. The manager insinuated I was some type of escort service by asking if I used the bed for the five minutes I was in the room with a cart full of luggage was more than enough for me, extremely unprofessional, rude, and the hotel itself trash.

Rude people work there. Ordered towels and after 4 calls, it was delivered in 3 hrs. We went out of the room at 8:30 and told at the reception to get our rooms cleaned as it was two days and its time to clean, they took room number and we got back at 6pm and room was not cleaned and the excuse was that too many guest and not enough staff. Breakfast is NOT good at all. Dirty area. Lifts won’t work. Lizard in the room. Doors is not solid and spooky

Outdated/False Advertising - Never again!!!
The lobby area looked updated however the elevator looked old and worn. Getting to floor, the area outdoors and looks like an old 1970/80 motel and very badly lit. First room: light flickering and very badly lit, I requested to change rooms. 2nd room was just a ill lit, the bathroom caulk was black, the single sofa chair and ottoman were old and had stains, and the desk chair was all scratched as if a cat got to it! I requested a refund and went to another hotel with cleaner rooms. I regret not taking photos.

I realize that traveling is not always pleasant but to stand for 45 minutes to get checked in to the motel is ridiculous! One passenger did not have the right reservation and the 12 or so people in line had to wait. I asked for a 5:30 wake up call and got up an hour late missing my flight! Overall a very unsatisfactory stay!
