This is a 2 unit (rental is for DOWNSTAIRS, upstairs will not be rented at the same time, owners may use upstairs occasionally on weekends but will not get in the way) dream vacation home in Tavernier/Plantation Key, Florida (MM89). Remodeled with newly interior-decorated furnishings. Charming waterfront home with dock, plunge pool, lush landscaping, outdoor shower, and great tiki hut to lounge, BBQ, and watch the sunset from. The home is equipped with all the comforts of home including towels, toiletries, linens, pots and pandas. The home also includes Cable TV and WIFI
