We stayed with our family of 5. We were all comfortable with the sleeping arrangements, even the fold out couch was declared comfortable! It was a great location to walk or catch transit to any destination near or far. Check in and check out was a breeze. The customer portal supplied answered all questions we had. Basics like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and coffee supplies were in the suite and were much appreciated. Everything was clean and comfortable. The building seemed secure. It was quiet. The only thing I would mention as room for improvement is that the pillows were very thin and with 5 of us all wanting to double up pillows, there weren't enough to go around. Other than that, everything was amazing. We would stay here again!

It was advertised as a hotel, after I paid for the room, we found out it was Not, it's just a building that rents out units as a hotel. And they did not offer refunds at all. The room was very neglected and in poor condition, no room service present, everything seemed constructed very poorly, cheap made and dirty with many broken fixtures, will not recommend or stay there ever again, the only plus was the close approximate location to most attractions in Toronto.

Amazing Stay at Life Suites! I had an incredible experience at Life Suites! The location was perfect—just steps away from the convention center where I was working, which made everything so convenient. The staff were absolutely wonderful—helpful, friendly, and full of great information. Check-in was a breeze, nothing complicated at all (which honestly had me a little nervous after reading some reviews, but it was smooth and stress-free!). The suite itself felt like a true home away from home. Spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed. Plus, the views were fantastic! I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend Life Suites to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service!
