Some of the staff were nice but others were rude. The rooms AC was horrible. We had to ask for a fan and really needed 2 and was told they would bring us know but didn’t get one until 2 days later. Which we had bought one at Walmart just so our son and us could have some sort of coolness in the room. There was black mold in the lobby and the overhead look like they were going to fall at anytime.

I have stayed here before as it was a pleasant experience the first time. This recent stay was horrible as the air conditioning in my room would not work properly and was barely blowing any air. I addressed this to the front desk, but they had stated that all other rooms were full and that the room relied on a central air system. Also I could not get a refund due to booking through Expedia. My family and I slept quite uncomfortably due to the heat. We will not be staying here again.

This hotel is very convenient if you’re at the airport. We were able to walk from the terminal when our flight was diverted to Tucson. It’s not a very clean or well kept property, but we just slept for a few hours so it worked out alright. The pool is very green, just in case you thought you’d be swimming…

I rented a room to go swimming with the grandkids. The pool was soooo cloudy, lost my hair tie and couldnt even see the bottom to find it. The water smelt like stunky lake water. When i first opened the room, it had a strong sewer odor. Had to spray febreeze. The gap on the front door allows A LOT of heat in the room and we had to request a fan. The AC in the room didnt work well during the day at all! The hottest place, next to being outside in 100° , was the elevator. For being a Hilton Hotel, it lacks! No way to post photos of cloudy, stinky pool. I'll head over to Google Maps to post those photos. $100 a day, I expected better.

The room itself was very dusty, dirty, and to top it off Ac was not working at all. We slept in a hot room all night. Front desk people made a big deal about wristbands to be able to use the pool when there was people there without a wristband. Had to call and change the amount of people that were going to be staying in the room when kids stay free just so I can get a wristband for them when it was total BS. Never have I had an issue with a hotel booking until now. Hotel in general would not recommend to stay at. Don’t let the pictures deceive you.
