Disappointed!!!
Bed was to olde and uncomfortable, roaches in the bathroom and the kitchenette, no shampoo, bad to none internet, telephone in the room didn’t work at all I asked the ladies in the lobby 3 times and nothing happened, my wasn’t cleaned in 4 days that I was there, I ask the clean lady for extra coffee.

Room had a cockroach, the front desk could not understand us when we asked for help w the stove and the remote control. (No batteries) Was glad that the lady corrected the problems by placing us in another room. (we were however awaken at 3am fr some very loud scraping noises fr the top of us.)

over all the rooms are ok. used to stay there frequently until i started seeing cockroaches. staff says they spray for them but rooms kept having them so i quit staying there. last night i gave them another try. moved the coffee pot to make coffee and cockroaches were there. never again

Could never get WiFi to work. Towels were never replenished (we were there Wednesday through Sunday). Several of our towels had black stains on them. The bed sheets also had back stain on it

A almost got run over with my two kids by a girl that was driving reckless on the park way. She didn’t stop screaming for like 3 hours . the room was super dirty specially the drawers and cabinets

My check in process was very good with Vanessa. As I got into my room, it was very nice. The bed was comfortable. But upon my getting ready to use the shower and bathroom a couple of hours after my check in, I noticed the toilet inside was not clean well and there is a long hair when I pulled the sheet back so that I can lay down. Also, when I got in the shower, there was hair on the wall with the shower wall showerhead. Seeing those things even though the room looked clean makes you very leery again. My check in process was great with Vanessa. I am requesting a full Or over half of a refund. I have had surgery not too long ago and again it was very leery to see those things , when I saw them, it was late for me to move because I had already unpacked stuff and me not being able to lift a lot. It would’ve been difficult for me to pack up at that time of the evening and move there, I requested a full Refund.

Worst experience with a hotel in my life. They canceled my reservation without letting me know after I already paid. Most likely because they could book someone for more money. There were multiple people in the parking lot trying to book a new hotel because the same thing happened to them.

Overbooked - Cancelled without notice!
Hotel overbooked. Booked room on 9/6, arrived at 1pm on check in day to learn that the hotel cancelled room due to overbooking. Us and multiple people. No notice. They were able to give us one night in a smoking room at a higher rate. We had to checkout the next day and find a hotel over an hour away. Our friends walked in and booked three nights the day before our arrival, they shouldn’t allow this to happen, essentially giving away long time reservations to walk-ins.
