The room faced the interstate but was very quiet. However coffee in the morning had much to be desired. Glad I brought my own tea.

Beware nothing like the pictures
Room looked nothing like the pictures. Had to upgrade to another room which was nasty. One of the fold out couches had pee stains all over it , the refrigerator door fell off when I opened it, and for the first two nights the fire alarm in the hall beeped every few minutes all day and night. The room was booked for 6 and had towels for two we had to wait an hour and go back to the lobby to get towels and wash clothes which were handed to me in a pile we folded them ourselves. The bed linen was dingy, as was the towels. Gap under the door of about 11/2 inches. And I do have pictures. The last night the room on the same hall had a party which lasted until 4am. Not once did management adress the noise.

There were cockroaches and the place desperately needs a makeover. The bathroom door was rotting on the bottom. The toilet seat needs to be replaced. It was worst than a Motel 6. Not sure where all of the good reviews online came from unless it’s fake. Same day we checked in we were offered another room due to the cockroaches. That room didn’t have cockroaches but dead crickets. 3 hours after checking in the place lost power and our two families traveling with us couldn’t check in. We didn’t have AC in our room during a heatwave in Alabama. So we asked to leave. The General Manager refused to refund my money knowing that the reason for my stay was not in any condition to sleep in and out of my control. I know losing power was out of their control too but yet they refused to refund my money and say that my booking was non refundable. This location I found out is privately owned so they just wanted to be unprofessional and keep their money knowing it was not our fault at all. Stay away from this place.

I needed a blanket and called the front desk. The man at the desk said no he couldn't get a blanket for me because housekeeping wasn't there. Needless to say, I was uncomfortable all night. I have never stayed at a hotel with such poor hospitality. He was, also, rude about it.

The accommodations were decent for my purpose which was an economy lodging. The room in linens were clean enough. No cockroaches which was nice. The pool had a Briny foam on the top which seemed uninviting though. I would stay there again.

Good stay!
Staff was courteous and room in good working condition. Bed did not hurt my back (as sometimes beds in hotels do). Felt safe and had wheelchair accessible cement ramp for walkway to room (stayed on first floor of the 2-story building).

It was HORRIBLE we couldn’t even check in because the pictures they posted on their website was nothing like what we saw when we pulled up to check. They gave pictures of an outside pool, with a large front desk service, and none of it was true!!The staff member that answered the phone when I called to cancel had a nasty attitude and wouldn’t cancel. He then proceeded to charge my card for more than actual price that quoted when I first booked! Very unsatisfied was down for my sons graduation and ended having to look for another place for me and family to stay!😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
