There was a state of the art JBL sound system that could not be used, as there was no compatible remote and or it wasn't set up. Apart from that it was a wonderful stay. Great location, very peaceful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ultra! Centrally located within easy walking distance of cafes, beaches and shopping. Our unit looked to have brand new carpeting and was tastefully decorated. We were pleasantly surprised to find a welcome pack in our room with some nibbles and water such a thoughtful gesture. Only downside to our stay was the hot tub wasn't hot- luke warm which was a bit disappointing but by no means would stop us from staying there again. Highly recommend for couples or families
