Great location and property
Comfy bed, great breakfast food and staff. Awesome central location with every amenity possible close by. Only downside was the noise from the subway train right outside my window. But it wasn’t terrible.

Hotel is very convenient, clean and well maintained. Breakfast is great. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I would like to commend this hotel for providing employment opportunities for those with language disabilities. My 4 night stay was excellent. Would definitely come back

This is the second time we stayed at this property and the rooms are spacious and well layed out. You have the mall, shopping and dining at your doorsteps, as well as the skytrain (you will hear noise for sure, but they provide earplugs). Great service and also nice breakfast.

I was greeted by a very friendly and accommodating front desk as was my friend when she arrived. We were there to do some pre-Christmas shopping. Our room was clean, our beds and pillows were so comfy. Besides having free parking and a great breakfast it will definitely be a hotel that I will go back to.

Service lacking.
Problems checking in. I tried to shorten the trip one night after booking via Hotels.com. Had problems and called the hotel direct....got sent back to Hotels.com. Arrived at the hotel at 2:15 pm. Was told we could not check in until 4 pm unless we subscribed to some loyalty program. I had been staying at the hotel for ~40 years and was a member of the Holiday Inn program....not sure what happened here. Staff language barriers....English needs some work. I asked about vending machines....front counter clerk did not know what they were. Called from third floor asking where ice machines were located...was told 4th and 5th floors....found the sign to the ice machine on the third floor heading to the elevator. Checked out via the TV in the room on Sat morning. I am still waiting for a copy of the bill to be emailed as of Mon afternoon.
