There was no reception available to greet us and check us out at the hotel. The manager was unprofessional and lacked essential interpersonal skills, and told us initially he didn't receive our reservation from Expedia. The availability of a consistent Wi-Fi service and running water for the kitchen sink, bathroom sink and the toilet was very poor. In fact, I had physically go and speak to one of the employees to remind her that there was no running water in our hotel room. As a result, she had to use the backup water supply system to have the running water available. The hotel didn't even have a phone system available in the room to contact staff and/or the manager for inquiries. The hand towels and bath towels had stains and were discoloured. The overall experience with this hotel was absolutely poor, namely the lack of customer service and the lack of quality facilities and services. Therefore, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who would be interested in visiting St. Lucia.
