I left a framed photograph in my room. It was very easy to contact reception later in the day and arrange to collect it later that evening. This was a very personal item and I am very appreciative that your staff were so efficient at putting me at ease. A huge thankyou.

My room was very clean and comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. Receptionist was lovely and very helpful.

Fabulous hotel in central location. Friendly & helpful staff. We got an upgrade to a suite which was great, lovely quiet room. The only thing I would change would be the pillows, go really flat under your head.

Gorgeous hotel clean and tidy definitely stay again

Very nice place, good heating and the air conditioning works. Wifi nice and fast, plenty of connectivity to cast to the tv. Rooms nice and clean, what more would you need. Would gladly go back again.
