Our room was dirty, furniture broken, stains on walls, and bad smell. The price we paid for this room didn’t match our expectations. The continental breakfast was also very poor. Pancake machine was not working, the juice machine wasn’t working properly either and the juices were not drinkable.

I went in to my room. Immidiately started coughing a bunch. Went out 10 seconds later they cancelled and assured they weremt going to charge me and still charged me anyways

I don't want to discredit the work of those who clean, but it's really bad. I was surprised when I went to shower, I looked at the shower and it had so much mold, it disgusted me, also the bathtub was drain very slowly. Then when I brushed my teeth second day, I noticed something black coming out of the faucet, more mold, uncleanliness is impressive. Where the toilet paper was, there is no more dust in that hole because it doesn't fit any more. I know that there are cobwebs everywhere, but removing them is the best and not waiting for customers to complain and clean it. This is not just a matter of the employees who clean, it's of who supervises their work. Sitting on the toilet was a matter of having to balance, because it seemed like it was going to fall. I am not expecting a 5 stars place, but if you want more satisfied customers, you should keep an eye in those detail.

We ended up in a room missing the headboard because hotel does not have elevator and member of our party had mobility issues . We asked for more linens because only two sets were provided and we were a party of four , but they had NONE! The free breakfast was disappointing as the cereal was stale and fruit was old . Orange juice tasted like water . Unfortunately we will not be staying here again.

All in all it was as much as one could hope for when needing a last minute place to spend a night due to sudden changes in travel plans. The hotel was showing its age - carpeting was worn and torn in places, but overall the cleanliness was quite satisfactory. The bathroom was in good condition. Staff was courteous.

If you want the conveniences of the airport its got that but the sheets are torn and frayed with stains the floor hardly looks vacuumed the bathroom floor tile is cracked all over looks like someone of heavier set fell out of the tub and smashed the floor toilet is stained worse then any jobsite washroom ive seen no pressure in the shower head crack heads bothering you when you are trying to leave for money i cant say there are may positives to this place other then the fellow at the main desk was awesome and very pleasant to deal with for 130 a night....never again drive down to the Kenora motel 85 a night this place is everything the travellodge should be
